I honestly thought they had shut down. The menu has changed and prices went up. The food was good. I was surprised they were out of crab leg crackers. They needed more staff waiting tables. Our server was struggling because she was so busy. I felt so bad for her but she did great.

Red Lobster of Jc is such a classic for my family and I! It always brings the nostalgia and never disappoints with great food and friendly faces! Naturally we decided to celebrate a very special birthday there, Chelsea our server made sure all our needs were met and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Thanks to the whole crew for making our visit amazing! We will always come back to this special location!

Chelsea, our waitress, was outstanding!
Crab leg special($5 off today!) with crispy potatoes & a delicious side salad with suggested citrus vinegarette + grilled salmon w/ steamed broccoli and mac n cheese with bacon crumbles on top- delicious! Manager Liz, also phenomenal! I took my son on a dinner date. Red Lobster, particularly JC location, is very meaningful for me. My Nana who passed 1 year ago, use to take me there when I was a young child and throughout her remaining lifetime with her husband, my Pops. She ALWAYS ordered a piece of key lime pie for dessert. So tonight, I reminded my son of it & told Chelsea about it, and said please remind me (cause ive been exhausted lately and my brain ain't braining 😅) to order a piece of pie for memory's sake of my Nana!
Not only did she listen with kindness about my past experiences, she came back to our table with a piece of key lime pie and said it is on the house in honor of your Nana! 😭🥰 then asked if she could hug me...we did & Y'all, it was the kindest and most meaningful gesture. She explained to me how she had shared what I shared with her manager Liz, who told her to discount the pie and give it to me on the house! I then got to meet Liz. 2 remarkable women, let me tell you!!! So so thankful for their hospitality, and even more grateful for what occurred. I felt my Nana in that moment through it all, saying to me...it's all gonna be ok, Kelly. That type of thing just doesn't happen much anymore with restaurant hospitality. I will be back and enjoy crackin more crab legs! Thank you, ladies!!! And y'all, go tell em I say hello & keep shinin bright. 😉

Food was really bad, three out of our four meals were not edible. Waitress let us know all the sauces were premade and heated in bags, and the crab meat in most items comes from a can. It tasted terrible. Clam chowder is different and bad too. This is our last visit.

food was terrible, only thing worth while is the crab legs. pastas are made from bags, any crab meat besides the crab legs themselves is from a can. flounder was chewy. red lobster is not what it used to be unfortunately.

I have eaten at Red Lobster several times. I've tried several different style of foods while I was here and they haven't disappointed. From the steak to the seafood and everything in between it's all been wonderful. The service was wonderful and nice, the atmosphere is relaxed makes the food worth it.

The only thing truly needed to say is wow!
Between our waitress Ashley C. and the Manager Matt this was a complete 360 turnaround from our last visit here!! Everything was fantastic and the food was HOT and delicious! This change was amazing!!

We realized we hadn't been to Red Lobster in six or seven years, so we stopped in. Hubby was quite happy with his salmon with asparagus. I had the ultimate feast. Walt's shrimp were just as I remembered them, as was the scampi. I'm not big on lobster, so I wasn't unpleasantly surprised by the toughness of it. The crab, however, had no flavor whatsoever. The hushpuppies were to die for, as were the cheddar biscuits which I thought I had lost my taste for but I turned out to be WRONG! The atmosphere and service were a delight. The only negative thing I can say is that the entry doors were disgustingly filthy. I don't understand why places don't keep their doors clean since people have to touch them -- almost makes you thankful for the days of Covid (okay, that wasn't really funny, was it?). Fortunately, once inside, the restaurant was quite clean except for the silverware which was, at least, probably sterile after a go through the dishwasher. All that said, we'll be coming back!
