The waitress was great. Food not so much. We had fish and chips and fried shrimp. Fish and shrimp tasted like they came out of a frozen food box. Like you would get at the grocery store. It tasted like Mrs. Paul's or some sort. Sorry to we won't be going back.

I got the Admiral's feast, with the lobster tail, and the crab clusters and as my two other selections, I chose the shrimp scampi and the coconut shrimp and my two sides were the crispy brussel sprouts and the highly recommend the asparagus topped with real lump crab with a nice creamy cheese sauce that is divine my mother and I walk straight in and this is December 5th Sunday in Johnson City Tennessee and had great service at the food came fast everything was awesome

I love cheddar bay biscuit but then I tried to bite to eat it was crunchy which I didn’t like. Turnes out there was a baby mouse hidden within the biscuit, but the crab legs were 10/10 so 5 starts for you.

My server Natalia was very Intentive and never let my cup to empty food was very good
Everything was absolutely amazing except for our server ashley! She was more than Beyond rude and hateful and just made our entire lunch not worth coming to. Not only did she treat us like we were trying to walk out on our check but then when I told her it was rude how she treated me she again popped off with more of an attitude! Not the type of people I would want working for me. Definitely not what type of servers you need working at a high-end restaurant where you pay lots of money for your food!

Really lovely. I have always liked Redd Lobster and was sad when the shrimp your way went away but the weekly deals have been a nice reason to go throughout the week! My girlfriend and I went for our anniversary and the staff were so nice.
We told them it was our anniversary and they gave us a dessert! The music was a nice volume, and it was easy to talk. I'd like to upload an image but Google will not allow me, but do know the dessert plating was super beautiful!

I have to say the menu options have been cut in half, the prices have tripled, the patronage has also decreased by half and this used to be my go to for great shrimp scampi. They now charge an additional $1.50 for a small side salad, be it Caesar or house salad (regardless if it's the only side you have). For some reason the salad itself tasted like it had been washed in a salt brine bath. My husband agreed and when we mentioned it to our server, she became extremely defensive. (Like we shot her dog.) Anyway, at least she took the price off our bill. We went to celebrate our 19 wedding anniversary on a Saturday night at 6:00. Typically there'd be at least an hour wait, but the restaurant was very sparsely populated. No wait at all. And when we viewed the menu, it was fairly obvious why. I requested a Pina Colada with Bacardi light rum and it there was not even a hint of any alcohol in it. Our server seemed aggravated in general and it's not the same atmosphere as it was on previous visits. Too expensive for the amount of food you get and the quality is highly lacking. Sad, as this was my once a year highlight of dining out.
