My husband and I enjoyed a lovely dinner at Sahib. He had the medium heat Chicken Tikka Masala and I had the mild Pineapple Chicken curry. We also shared Chur Chur Naan and finished with Gulab Jamun. Everything was delicious and perfectly spiced. Our waiter, Rocky, was so nice and helpful! He suggested things to try that we had never ordered before. We will definitely be back!

Ok yall, I am new to Indian food, having just starting eating it about a month ago, and I absolutely love all the different flavor profiles!We moved to this area a few years ago and have heard nothing but good things but now that we know what to expect, we had to give Sahib a try.I am kicking myself for not trying it sooner! Out of the few restaurants we have tried, this food here at Sahib takes the cake! Rocky was our server and recommended some delicious food to try! Everyone was really nice in the place as well! They also ask you what your spice tolerance is which is really nice :) I had the Rogan Josh Lamb and my husband had the Butter Chicken (they have it listed under it’s traditional name, can’t remember what that is off the top of my head). We had the Chilli Paneer and a bread basket with Feta naan, garlic naan, and bullet naan. The Bullet naan is spicy naan and all three were absolutely scrumptious!The Rogan Josh lamb was rich and creamy and delicious ? I had a few bites of my husbands butter chicken and it was delicious and perfectly seasoned! Everything came out steaming & piping hot! Their water, which they serve complementary, was filtered and tasted good. We ordered of course a mango lassi to compare with the other three we’ve had so far and Sahib’s takes the cake with theirs as well! Best mango lassi I’ve ever had! We had plenty of food to take home too. They also served a type of sweet bread soaked in syrup, gulab jamun. I didn’t think to get a picture of those till we ate them all, I took a picture of the bowl it came in

My husband and I walked in and were immediately served. It’s a more quiet and laid back ambiance. The food was scrumdiddly yumtious!!! The best Indian I have ever had, hands down. We will be back! If you’re looking to try some Indian, this is the place to go!

Excellent food. I've been to 6 other Indian restaurants across the U.S. and for our area this place does not disappoint. Our server Rocky helped us pick out an appetizer and hooked us up with a free dessert beings it was our first visit. Chicken tikka masala was good and the biryani was as well.

Fast service, amazing buffet! Even when this place is packed you receive the best treatment. Restrooms are great and the place looks freshly remodeled.
Was an impromptu visit. First time ever. Absolutely the most delicious food, service, and experience. Probably the best restaurant experience ever in my life. It's beautiful, clean, inviting and the food was incredible ? Thank you Sahib!

This is one of my favorite restaurants in tricities. Its the best indian restaurant in the area and their buffet is a great value. For around $30 2 people can eat at the buffet. The buffet is the same quality food as dinner but its all you can eat and its a better value. Highly recommend.
My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed SAHIB'S delicious buffet which featured a wide variety of Indian cuisine and deserts, all second to none. Rocky, the manager/host ensured that we were happy with the prompt and friendly service and our meal. We are new to the area and are happy to have this found this gem in Johnson City! -Tom and Jodie
