Perfect every time
Customer service is scant- not a lot of friendly faces and they let our order sit back there for a long time without telling us it was ready. Tasted good though.

I can't say enough about these delicious treats!! Who knew that ice cream on top of shaved ice could make it even better?! Yum!!
The banana split was delicious 🤤 perfectly made. It's a good size too. The mint chip ice cream and the peach ice cream were also creamy and delicious

Sanitary concerns. Lady with the light colored hair and stomach piercing (shirt tied to show it) was making a customer after us and when the customer wasn't watching (preoccupied with kids - I dont think she cared if the customer was watching or not - she just happened to not be and I happened to look up when it happened) she scratched her face with her gloves on and continued making the items without changing gloves and touching several products (toppings - no scoops) with the gloves she scratched her face with. Putting aside the cross contamination of not using scoops for individual items - she's introducing bacteria into the products. We loved the way the product tasted but will not be back after this for this singular reason - had we not just finished - we would of tossed the product. The way she kept on like she had not done anything out of the norm - tells me she cares nothing about sanitation.

Haven’t tried snow cones yet but ice cream and customer service were top notch! Cute shop inside with a couple of patio tables as well.

So, so good!!! These taste delicious. They have tons of flavors (regular and several sugar free options) so the flavor combos are endless! I've been waiting to visit for a long time and will definitely be back soon!

My end goal was not something they could meet as they were not a Baskin-Robbins outlet with Nutty coconut ice cream.
Their forté is in toppings over shaved ice, over 1 scoup of ice cream & in my. case, nuts, and bit of slivered coconut meat & a coconut flavoring.
For what they advertised, they understood how to accommodate me, 5 stars.
