Immediately irritated the front desk lady because she had to put her phone down. No eye contact she shows us our table and walked away, dropping the menus on the table. Then right back to her chair and phone. I was within sight and watched her do this 3 more times. I would have rated things better, but suffered later that day with intestinal distress, and I won't be back.

Honestly, I was totally blown away by the amazing buffet! They have a vast variety of fresh choice food, which was excellent, freshly cooked, crispy, and tasty! I went on a Tuesday, which is a special day for seniors...it only $8.99 for buffet!!THATS AWESOME!!!I got lucky and was there at 10:40 am, which meant I got eat both the breakfast and lunch buffet!!!The service,food, and the restaurant are top-notch!!!10 STARS? !!!

ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS!!! Best thing 1st....waitress was nice & food ordered from the kitchen was good.NOW....the food on the food bar that was suppose to be hot was COLD. We informed the waitress, she informed the "manager" on duty. He checked the the food on the bar, confirmed that it was cold, supposedly had the food changed out. Mom went for another plate.....the food was still cold, the dessert that should be cold was warm!! Once again we informed the waitress that the fresh "hot" food on the bar wasn't hot. Not a single time did the "manager" come to our table to apologize or acknowledge our presence. The restaurant was not busy & the "manager" was meandering around the restaurant at random. We were not charged for the hot bar meal but it FALLS WAAAY SHORT from being acceptable. Needless to say we will not be returning & we will be telling anyone who will listen about how horrible & disrespectful we were treated at THIS Shoney's.

BEWARE!!! Infested with roaches!! We went to enjoy a family lunch at this Shoneys and while we were finishing up one of the kids spotted a bug under our table once we caught it we found out it was a roach! We notified the waitress who didn't seem shocked but did apologize she notified the manager who then said he could knock off 15% of our meal for our horrible encounter, We then proceeded to the front to pay for our meal when we noticed small roaches crawling around near the opening to the back kitchen which the manager said he couldn't see what we were talking about until we picked one of the smaller ones up with a kids menu for him to see. That is when he said he could knock off 50% of our meal. Please just don't eat here!!!!

I came in there for breakfast all you can eat buffet. I ate plenty there to fuel up for the day and I enjoyed the service and the company from the ladies that served me. I want to say thank you to the beautiful ladies that served me every time I came in and look forward to seeing them again when I relocate to live there.

My father-in-law took my husband and I out for breakfast at 9am. I hadn't been there in years. I figured there wouldn't be many options and it would be on the low end, as breakfast would be winding down soon. Well, it was the total opposite. The staff were amazing, the food was fresh and hot. They were still restocking the bar, as things were running out, and the whole bar, down to the salad, was fresh and good. Will definitely go back.

Server was abrupt and we had to ask for straws. Service sucked. Server was borderline rude. She demanded our order before we had drinks and to look over the menu.

Food was salty but still tasteless. Mashed potatoes and gravy were gone from buffet for at least 10 minutes. When they did bring out gravy it was watery with lumps of something floating in it. Big disappointment.
