We come from New York. We've been here 18 years. This is the first pizza that tastes like New York Pizza. We come all the way from Abingdon to get this pizza. It's well worth the trip. The staff is very nice and explain how they have the best ingredients and that plays a part and how wonderful the food is. If you've been looking for the best pizza in Tennessee your search is over. We ordered 2 small pizzas and 1 order of wings for $41.00. 1 of the pizzas was a little well done, so we called to let them know. The person who answered the phone, said that it was out of his control and the pizzas went down a conveyor for 8 minutes and it should be fine. When we told him we were unsatisfied with this one pizza, the other one was fine, he said he had 10 people waiting for pizzas and he did not have time or did not get paid enough to deal with this! He then proceeded to hang up on us!! GREAT customer service!!! Needless to say, we will NOT be ordering from Simms again if THAT is how rudely they treat their customers who spend their hard earned money for a good meal! Never again after being treated that way!

I would just like to thank simms pizza owner and his wife they are wounderful people and very caring, I along with 21 others have been working on the pump station in river plantation to get our towns water back on and these wounderful people went out of their way to bake us pizzas and personally deliver them to us, that speaks a ton about who these people are and what they stand for ty from everyone here. And their pizza is delicious and I'd recommend that everyone stop by and check them out and thanks to Steve at state farm he too was a part of this he delivered ice and drinks to us when they brought the pizza thank you from the bottom of my heart to all three of you God bless
I just ordered my last pizza from Simms. So much grease the box was wet . Most greasy pizza I've ever seen. Disgusting.
