Not really a good look when you have a guy hanging over the counter drinking and causing the staff to be distracted for 1 thing. Then my second issue is be aware of who comes in to the store so they don't have to wait 20 min then get tired of waiting to just walk out.

They have very very good pizza at this place. I think it's the best from Johnson City all the way to pigeon forge. The place was clean. Workers are nice and respectful. Also, good prices. They even have 1 dollar slice day. Also there pizza is made fresh.

I was told that this was one of the best pizza places around the area. It kind of reminded me of the pizza from back home. I ordered cheese bread and a supreme pizza. Make sure you ASK for pricing because o webpage under pasta it says cheese-bread $1.99 on their webpage. So I was surprised at the cost of my order was about $35 and I guess there is a full size cheese-bread which I don’t even see on the menu. The cheese-bread was ok, the pizza was tasty though.

Attempted to place an order this evening and was rudely advised by the male answering the phone that the wait time for a pickup order was over an hour. Hard to believe on a cold Tuesday in December. Went elsewhere. ✌️

Simms is the BEST! They always accommodate me. My special is a very well done bacon, onion, green pepper pizza! In my opinion, anyone who says anything derogatory about this Pizza place has no idea what real Pizza is! Spot on every time, Simms RULES!!

Deceptive marketing. Canceled our order after we found out it was going to be $20 more than was advertised online. The $1 per slice pizza night turned out to be $5 a slice after the toppings cost 50ct each
I’m sure the food is fine if only they’d be up front about their prices on their website.

Stopped by to try Simms before physical therapy. Left a life long customer for sure! The food was so delicious. The sauce is light and fresh, one of the best spaghetti sauces I’ve ever had. The cheese bread is just thick enough but not greasy and the flavor is on point. Keep up the great work, my family will definitely be back.
