I ordered 24 wings to go for my family, but when we started eating, it was clear something was wrong. The chicken was extremely dry, tasted old, and seemed spoiled — we ended up throwing them away. I called the restaurant, and to their credit, they offered either a full refund or a replacement order of 24 wings. I chose the replacement, and they said they would write my name down for the next time.
Fast-forward a week — I called to redeem the offer, and they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. No name written down, no record of the conversation. It was completely unprofessional and disorganized.
I won’t be coming back. This place has gone downhill.
Simone is always such a joy to have a a server. We don't come in often but every time we do we love seeing Simone's energy and good vibes. It really makes our night.
Simone is always so friendly and has such a wonderful energy. I always enjoy seeing her when I come in. The food is great too of course!
