I ordered boneless wings which was very very good. Bartender Sarah was great good drinks and server. We was there April 15 24 My wife and I will definitely be back we came from Ohio to visit family. So please with service food and drinks.

Waited a whole hour for my food then when I got home my wings were hard it supposed to be jumbo wings, my burger was pink I asked for well done. Overall you guys should not be working there and I am a black man just seeing barbecue like this is just distasteful and nasty

My Wife and I got there a little after 5 pmOrdered our teas and food. 30 mins no drinks brought food was though. No silverware to eat with ask for refills and silverware several minutes went by no silverware so we left. Never in my life have I walked out on steak and ribs.

Tge service was great, but I ordered the Brunswick Stew. It had very little, stingy meat, and tasted like warm ketchup. Very disappointing for $7.

I'll try to keep this short...Walked in the doors and it immediately had a strong odor of sewage from the bathrooms next to the front doors.Ordered a double jack and coke in a tall glass...could barely taste the jack, obviously a single shot or maybe just a splash.Ordered steaks and both came out way over cooked. Med/rare barely had any pink. My wife's med/well was well (cremated!). Finally there were ants on the table (sat inside). Really disappointed and wouldn't go back.

Taylor was Awesome!!I don't normally wright reviews, But i had to for this trip. My brother and I were in town for a few days and decided to stop in here because of it's proximity to our hotel. First and foremost the food was very good. But what made the experience great was our waitress Taylor. She was very responsive extremely friendly and made us feel like a regular!
I have been a faithful customer of Smokey Bones for years. Mainly for the BOGO wings deal on Mondays. Around a month a go we got some very low quality wings with no sauce and were very tough. I gave it a pass and thought it was just a bad day. We decided to wait some time to eat Smokey bones again because we had been every Monday for a long time. Today we did a bogo wing to go order. When we got these they were the poorest quality wings I have ever TRIED to eat. If you have ever had little Caesar’s wings, their wings had MUCH more meat on them than the ones we received from Smokey Bones. That is saying something. These are supposedly advertised as “jumbo” wings. What little bit of meat that was on them was very tough. What used to be the best jumbo wings in town now don’t have as much meat as a popcorn shrimp. I don’t believe I will be back. I suggest to stop having them listed as “jumbo” wings, when they were much smaller than a typical non- jumbo regular sized wing.

Smokey Bones is one of my favorite restaurants in Johnson City, I’ve been going for years. Service is always great and we were quickly sat on a friday evening, even as a larger group. Taylor was a wonderful server, she was very funny and friendly. The memphis dry rub wings have always been my go-to and they have never let me down. 10/10 experience as always.

The only reason I would go as high as 3 star is because of the server. Everything else should be 1 star. It wasn't very busy but the wait time was terrible. Food was average at best.

Service was deplorable. Took 25 minutes to get out drinks, another half hour to get our appetizer, another 45 minutes to get our burgers. Our waitress was never around. We had to ask waitresses serving other tables for additional drinks. Some of my meal was missing. Had to ask a waitress that wasn't mine to ask my waitress for my missing items. Took 18 minutes for my friend to get her mixed drinks and the ice had melted already and it was all watered down. Ordered dessert and after 27 minutes told them to cancel it. Then they are giving excuses about why. It was just that an excuse. The place wasn't even packed. Was mostly empty. Not crowded at all. Even if the place was full we shouldn't have waited so long for any of our food. The guy that came in long after we did got his food long before us. Food was ok. Of course if it was hot when we got it, it probably would have been better.Wheelchair accessibility: Not really wheelchair friendly. Have a steep ramp to get to some tables. The bathroom is on the small side. They have a plug in heater blocking the handicapped stall that I had to move out of the way so I can get to the stall. I did move it back up on leaving. But it is a hazard
