“I absolutely love ordering my, for the most part, daily large Strawberry Cheesecake Hand-Mixed Master Shake no cherry, and I just recently tried adding banana to it, and I would definitely recommend! Now, usually, I show up in the morning while I have school, but tonight I decided to see if I could make it in time before they closed. It’s advertised as being open until 12:00 AM, but when I showed up at 11:55 PM and pressed the button, I was upsettingly welcomed to a 5 minute wait, and the lights turning off on me. If they would have just answered the intercom and told me something like, “sorry, but we already cleaned our milkshake machine and can’t make shakes at this time.” It would’ve been a lot less disrespectful rather than have me sit there waiting for 5 minutes, just to turn off the lights without saying a word..
On a very important side note, though! Tonya! She usually is always working mornings and is always so freaking happy and very energetic and excited and loving everything in life, and all with just the biggest smile on her face! She literally makes it worth coming back every morning because she makes the absolute best milkshakes every single time and if you ever just need to find a way to smile, she’s the one who will share some smile with you and make you just as happy as she is by the time you leave! She gets 5 stars as the best employee at this store, without a doubt! She’s amazing! Keep her happy and smiling and you’ll never lose this customer who will be sure to come back every morning just to see her and wonder how someone could possibly be so happy while at work! Great job Tonya! You’re the best! Keep up the amazing work!
