I really don’t like leaving negative reviews, but the last few times we’ve stopped in just for a cherry limeade or a similar drink, they’ve been terrible They’ve tasted flat or more like carbonated water than a proper fountain drink. Not sure what’s going on lately.

Had the worst experience today i was picking up a DoorDash order and waited over 50 minutes with see multiple cars beside me come and go i address the issue 3 different times with concern. As to where the order was, I had a manager talk to me horribly, on the speaker, hang up and didn't reply. Also I had her come to my window yelling at me with a very rude tone when all I was trying to do was my job and the food was cold the drinks the carhop had to remake, because she said they was so watered down. She was very nice. The manager's name that I talked with was name Misty I really dont know when I will ever be back there

Ordered a chili cheese fry, received a chili cheese TOT, tried to call at 8:18pm and get it fix and the lady on the phone was screaming at me and being rude then HUNG UP ON ME!!! Horrible service do better Roan St Sonic. Hopefully corporate sees this and fires her!

We had a group of around 12 meet at this sonic location for dinner. We tried to order on the patio and when everyone in our party tried to order separately as we were paying separate, an employee with the name, Misty yelled through the speaker and was VERY hateful because she got confused on who ordered what. When my husband and I got our mozzarella sticks, they were clearly undercooked, cold and looked absolutely disgusting. I will add photos below. There was no need in this employee getting so rude with us and we will NEVER be back to this specific location. Do better, Misty.

We sat outside & ate at their table, very nice! Great customer service & clean restroom. Only compliant would be that I had to send the fries back (way too greasy) they made more, but they turned out the same... they did try tho!!
