I waited for over 25 minutes this evening for someone to take my order. Cars on both sides pulled in and gave orders while my light was still flashing and I was being ignored. A car hop walked by delivering an order to the car beside me, I waved her down and explained to her the situation. She told me she was sorry, they were busy, and I could leave. They had many orders through the app and that was the reason I was being ignored. So I left. Worst customer service EVER! I will not return to this Sonic location again.

Y'all need to clean the gunk out of your ears and LISTEN!!
33 min to get 3 blasts. After 15 min of waiting on pressing the button, we put mobile order in. I ended up having to go up to the door. We get 3 partially melted blasts. The girl just hands them to me to carry over it car and was rude. Literally didn’t even mix topping in. They just slapped some on the top and called it good.

We stopped by and ordered 2 shakes. My husband's shake was perfect. My Peanut butter shake was good, but they overfilled the cup, and the lid didn't fit, and it leaked all over our Jeep. We had to stop and try to clean it up but by that time it was all over the console of the Jeep and leaking to the floor and when we picked it up the lid popped off completely and it went all over us. We had to dump a 1/4 of the shake on the side of the road to get it down to what my husbands was originally. While we appreciate you trying to give me extra you really can't overfill those without causing this little messy disaster.
