I absolutely love ordering my, for the most part, daily large Strawberry Cheesecake Hand-Mixed Master Shake no cherry, and I just recently tried adding banana to it, and I would definitely recommend! Now, usually, I show up in the morning while I have school, but tonight I decided to see if I could make it in time before they closed. It’s advertised as being open until 12:00 AM, but when I showed up at 11:55 PM and pressed the button, I was upsettingly welcomed to a 5 minute wait, and the lights turning off on me. If they would have just answered the intercom and told me something like, “sorry, but we already cleaned our milkshake machine and can’t make shakes at this time.” It would’ve been a lot less disrespectful rather than have me sit there waiting for 5 minutes, just to turn off the lights without saying a word..
On a very important side note, though! Tonya! She usually is always working mornings and is always so freaking happy and very energetic and excited and loving everything in life, and all with just the biggest smile on her face! She literally makes it worth coming back every morning because she makes the absolute best milkshakes every single time and if you ever just need to find a way to smile, she’s the one who will share some smile with you and make you just as happy as she is by the time you leave! She gets 5 stars as the best employee at this store, without a doubt! She’s amazing! Keep her happy and smiling and you’ll never lose this customer who will be sure to come back every morning just to see her and wonder how someone could possibly be so happy while at work! Great job Tonya! You’re the best! Keep up the amazing work!

They messed my 3 chicken bacon ranch queso wraps up with early any questions sauce on it , and our egg burritos barely had any eggs in it and the male manager was SUPER NICE and fixed my family's meal and was very kind about this mess up! Manager who helped us his name was CHAD we appreciate you card and the great customer service!

Just had the worst double cheese double burger at this Sonic ever! Please don't pre-cook your meat, let it set, and then slap cheese on them expecting it to be yummy for customer--not! I want a hot burger, dog, etc. We're hoping this is a one time MISTAKE! We will try again.

Their ice cream machine is literally ALWAYS broken. And has been for weeks if not months. And they took down over half of their pull in spots for to-go spots so it's almost impossible to get a spot if it's even slightly busy.

I came to this Sonic for 3 shakes. I was in the stall for almost 30 minutes. At some point, it shouldn't be allowed to be called fast food anymore. After those almost 30 minutes, I was told that they couldn't accommodate my order and I would be refunded. I got my money back, but it takes you 30 minutes to figure out that your equipment isn't working in the middle of the afternoon? Outside of this example, I have been to this Sonic about half a dozen times now because it's convenient to my work location. Each time, I wait an absurd amount of time compared to just about every other fast food restaurant out there. Sonic loses my business now for this reason. If you have an hour to eat, then this place is for you.
