My first visit was this weekend after the Shamrock Shuffle. Food was good and great atmosphere. I am a dog lover but I think that dogs should not be allowed inside a restaurant. This is why and they were not service dogs. A great dane was standing beside our table drinking water. The dog would shake his head and dog slobber would fly everywhere, like on our table. Customers would hold their smaller dogs and prop them on the table. Wait staff would pet on the fur babies and then serve you drinks, food and handle silverware. This is just some of the things I seen while I was eating there.

For one the waitress there does not need to argue and attack a customer when the customer did not complain or say anything and just asked for the check. No I was not happy with my soggy sliced pumpernickel bread steamed. For one if the bread is sliced now and not a hoagie anymore then the worker should explain that to the customer. Not try to educate me that no matter what a steam sandwich that the bread will be soggy. I hate to break it to them that a steamed sandwich is not soggy. Next time try not to attack the customer when they do not like the food and does not say anything about it. Offered to toast the sandwich. That’s funny when there was no bread it was all mush. Will never return and will let everyone I know not to go eat here. Was not sure about the mixed reviews and now I understand.

Unfortunately we were unable to enjoy this restaurant and bar because the bartender does not know how to read IDs. Me and my fiancé moved up here from South Carolina for me to go to ETSU, but she claimed his ID was fake. He is almost 26. If you can’t do your job right, you should not be working. Very disappointing and rude.

Th atmosphere was good. It’s a nice building and had a good vibe. The sandwich maker made a rude comment to me. The server was forgetful and messed up a few items on our order. The food was not good. Bread was overly dry and barely any sandwich ingredients. Their sides are small and too pricey. Definitely won’t be coming back nor recommending. Save your money and just go to Jersey Mikes for a Sandwich. Better yet, go to Publix as they use the same deli meat for their deli sandwiches.
This is my home away from home. Every sandwich and food item on the menu is delicious. The bar has a great selection of beers and liquors. Bartenders and all staff are friendly and attentive.

Food is amazing. We got subs and chips and we’re not disappointed. Service was great. Waitress was attentive and nice. Pricing was great as well. One of the reviews below noted how sandwiches were not to size. They do not say that you get a 12 inch whole sub or a 6 inch half sub. They notate “whole” or “half” of sandwich. The portions they give you are filling and delicious. They offer lunch specials as well. They offer beer as well. Parking on street is free and parking lots nearby are free as well.

The bartenders and cooks do a really good job with the food and drinks and atmosphere but the owner is rude and treats the employees like garbage.
Love this addition to downtown. Great food with a nice menu. A perfect place to grab a hot sandwich and a cold beer.
Not good service at all. Lazy bartenders. Mich better places
