I went to order a new sandwich that your store offers and the guy taking my order( name starts with a K) said “we ate them all this morning and they were delicious” I was honestly shocked at how rude he was and come to find out after trying to order 2 other sandwiches, there fridge broke. I understand people have bad days but to be so rude and the lack of ability to properly communicate was extremely unprofessional. I hope your staff enjoyed the new sandwiches and your refrigerator gets fixed so someone else can enjoy their lunch.

Have been sitting here in an empty store for 15 minutes waiting on my coffees, on my lunch hour, watching your full staff eat and joke around with a full printer of tickets. Unacceptable to have to be late to your job, because your employees can't do theirs. I was in the service industry for over a decade and would never complain about slow service, but this is ridiculous.

Visit this location several times weekly where they usually know my order. They are often out of inclusions or toppings which I hate. However, they are fast and friendly. I don’t eat their food except the oatmeal and croissants which are always excellent. This is my go to Starbies around town!

I've been to this Starbucks a number of times; the latest time today. Their customer service is nothing like the joyous scenes in Starbucks commercials. At least twice (in the store) the have not asked my name for my order and then later leave it up to me to figure out what drink is mine when they place them on the counter. Today, on a drive thru trip, and upon handing me the drink, not a single word was uttered and zero eye contact after payment was made. There is a lack of customer service at this location, certainly no friendliness and I refuse to return and will take my business to 7brew.

Why would I ask and pay for TWO extra espressos to get none? Employees have no problem taking our tip money, but are rude. What a waste of money, won’t be back to this location.

I thought it was just me, I'm glad to see other reviews. The employees are so rude. Maybe I'm uncool and if I had a half shaved, blue head they'd smile at me? I don't know. I am always overly polite. But any other Starbucks I've been to, everyone is friendly and kind. This morning at 8 am, my brewed coffee was lukewarm at best. Ill just stick to Roan street from here on out. And I guess the employees will be glad ?

Some workers are nice , most are rude . The most inconsistent starbucks . They either add zero cream or zero syrup. My order is like a daily terrible surprise. I hate to say negative things about it but it is just that , terrible . I would love it here and ignore the rudeness if they wiuld just put some dag on cream and sugar and syrup in the coffees . I get it and it tastes like an Ashe tray . Please do better or 7brew will put you out . I love my coffee but ill be passing up this location from now on . Not worth it anymore.

Gabby is beyond rude and passive aggressive. Just had a drink remade due to it being 90% cold foam and 10% cold brew and she jerked the first drink out of my hand and back through the window.

Staff were busy, yet super friendly and offered greetings when upon entering. The cashier, when I was ordering, was very helpful answering my questions about the new menu offerings. The batista made me a fabulous quad Mocha w half the syrup? the ham and cheese croissant was heated up just right, leaving it soft and not chewy or overdone. I'm rarely in the area, but when I am and do stop here? It has always been through the drive thru, until this visit. Definitely worth dropping in! Parking is a bit of a pain due to the new place at the other end, unfortunately...

this starbucks is the most inconsistent store i’ve been to. the drinks are never filled up all the way even though that’s a standard that’s been in place for over 2 years now. the coffee tastes burnt. shaken espressos aren’t shaken even though that’s kind of the name of the drink? the employees are usually pretty rude too, although there’s 1 person that’s actually pleasant to speak to. any starbucks is better than this one.
