On average, I have found Starbucks employees to be quite pleasant. Not the case for the young lady working this morning at the Food City Starbucks kiosk at 4307 N. Roan St. in Johnson City. She couldn't bother to return a "good morning," and no "thank you" at the end. She scanned my gift card, but when I got home and looked at my receipt, she had not even deducted the amount of the gift card.
