Actually shocked when I came here to leave my review that people are blasting this store. I visit this location frequently at various times of the day and have NEVER had a bad experience nor seen anyone else have one. I think more people need to speak up when something good happens instead of just complaining the one time something goes wrong. Let’s have a little grace going into the busy holiday season as these baristas spend time away from their families to serve ours 🫶🏻

Not my usual location but this was most convenient, watched a lady holding her kid drop her drink, not a single one of the 5 baristas looked her way I had to get up and walk across the restaurant to ask them for a mop or something and that she needed help. Barista proceeded to have an attitude over me asking for a mop and made someone else grab a wet floor sign, they left the whole coffee there on the floor- I will never be returning to this location especially after seeing other reviews that the staff at this location are awful

Needless to say that I’m pretty pissed about the coffee I received today. Why am I paying go for a grande if it not even close to being completely filled? Absolutely ridiculous. It’s not a hard job, do better.

My Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino tasted like cream water with a sprinkle of sugar and a bitter aftertaste. I didn’t feel like having it remade or anything and just finished up my work and left. Something was very off about this Starbucks and it wasn’t just the terrible drink.

Starbucks is so far away from its mission statement! Partners do not have buy-in. Retail partners are the face of the company. When the face of the company can’t deliver, the business suffers. Went to this store Sunday, 2025 for a doppio macchiato. Sophie was one the partners on duty. She said that she couldn’t make it but could make me a cappuccino. I didn’t want a cappuccino. Instead of making the macchiato or offering, she rather I walk out the door. I didn’t ask for anything out of the ordinary. These decisions are easy for retail partners to make, but they are also make or break bottom line. Starbucks would be so much more pleasant if partners understood the basics of business. So far for its mission statement.

I love ordering here because whoever makes my drink makes it right every single time and even writes something nice on my drink, but other than 1 person (some woman who is very polite) working here, the service and friendly level is very much lacking!! I went into the actual store yesterday to pick up my drink. I went in with my son. The nice lady I was referring to was taking orders at the window while the other guy working there was warming up food items. We (me and my son) were at the cash register for a good 2 minutes. The guy warming up the food kept looking over instead of helping us or at least mentioning he’d be with us momentarily. My son kept asking for service and he still did nothing!! We just walked out and I went to another location for what I needed since I forgot to order it through the app.

There is a man with glasses who has a mustache who has given my drink through the drive through about 4 times now who is unfriendly and doesn’t even use manors. Idk what is up with this location and their unfriendly staff except for the woman I mentioned.

For years my drink of choice has been a trinta strawberry açaí refresher, no strawberries, add four scoops of matcha. It’s always $1 for matcha, no matter how many scoops. This location tried to charge $1/scoop. I’ll not be back. If all locations are doing this now, I’m done with Starbucks all together.
