The Venti mocha Frappuccino that we ordered ~1:20 PM Sunday, July 28 was Very Watery. This Starbucks is in Krogers near ETSU. This is the 2nd time this Krogers’ Starbucks has served a weak Frappuccino. The actual Starbucks store across from ETSU serves a correct mocha Frappuccino, as does the Starbucks at the Jonesborough Ingles market.

My rating is for the coffee, not the staff member - she was wonderful and polite. I haven't had Starbucks in nearly a year and wanted to try some new flavors. They just weren't something we'd buy again and again.

I love this Starbucks and all but today I asked for a mocha frapp and rang up exactly that however they didn’t make it right and gave me a mocha chip frapp which I didn’t ask for yet didn’t realize till I got to work and it being to late to turn around just frustrated would really like for them to not add things when I didn’t ask for it and now what I’m stuck with even though I don’t like the whole chips…..

I very specifically told her when I ordered it that I wanted the cold foam extra thick. I told her that I could not stand it when you pour it in and it all sinks to the bottom. Well, does that look like what I got. Little to no ice. (A cold brew needs ice) That’s a waste of seven dollars. She was the only one working, and there was a line. If I had not been in a hurry, I would’ve had her remade it. If you notice…it’s not even full.??♀️

I would of easily gave 5 stars if it was not for the older woman who works mornings. I am pretty sure that she is the manager but I have to say her whole demeanor and attitude just are ugly. I mean she is just a ugly person on the inside. I've seen her kick a harmless homeless girl out who was charging her phone. I understand completely if that woman had been causing a disruption or being messy, but she was polite and minding her own business.That being said, the rest of the baristas here are amazing. It really sucks that I have to give such negative feedback because of one old lady who just hates life and hates to see others happy.
