The staff is friendly, and Jordan on the 2nd shift stands out for being helpful, even when she is busy. However, the drive-thru can get backed up, leading to longer waits for some customers. A second mall location is suggested, as many appreciate the standard fare of drinks and food available. There are instances where the community spirit shines through, such as when a customer helped someone in need by inviting them in for coffee. Despite some occasional wait times, many remain loyal and appreciate the good service.
