Found a fly 🪰 in my drink on 10-22-25 and I would like for something to be done about it.. I didn't notice it until it came to the top I was on my way to Knoxville when I noticed it... I give this place a zero star 🌟

Ordered breakfast from this location two days in a row. Both times I was given dry oatmeal, no milk in it. I checked before leaving the second time and it was fixed easily, but very odd since the tag on the bag was correct both times.

Can’t ever get an order right. Doesn’t fill drinks all the way. Gave me an iced shaken espresso filled with mostly heavy cream. Went back one time after that and they filled my tall flat white with foam.

I rarely visit this location because my drink is hardly ever as it should be. I took a risk yesterday because this location was the only one that had the pumpkin cream cheese muffin available. I ordered the muffin + a drink through the app. Whenever I arrived through the drive-thru, I ordered a water as well. I pull up to the window and the lady who spoke to me was ā€œnice at first.ā€ She told me it would be a few minutes as they are working on my order. No biggie.

The drink comes out and she seems in such a hurry. Less friendly than at the beginning. Okay. She rushes and says, ā€œHave a good day.ā€ I told her I had a muffin as well. Oh Lord… here comes the annoyed face. Then as I’m still talking, trying to tell her about my water, she just walks off. Okay… I was literally talking and trying to be nice by telling you I had a water as well to prevent you from having to make another trip. She comes back, hands me the muffin with somewhat of an attitude and then I tell her I had a water as well. By the way… the muffin was warmed up even though I put on there that I didn’t want it that, but that was okay, it is what it is.

Here comes the real ā€œattitudeā€ and ā€œomg… now something elseā€ facial expression. She has this tone and annoyed face when she asks me if it was just a cup of water. I asked for a trenti size with extra ice whenever I pulled up at the drive-thru. When she made that facial expression and had that attitude and then mentioned the cup of water, that was when I told her just to forget it. That it was no big deal. With an attitude and still annoyed face, I just told her it seemed like a hassle for her and that I didn’t need it. After that she made another rude facial expression, wouldn’t look at me, and then she said ā€œokay!ā€

Like how is this situation MY fault? I understand you are flustered and busy, but don’t take your job out on me, especially when my order was right at $12!!! I didn’t forget anything and I was extremely kind and even understanding even when she forgot my muffin. That wasn’t the issue at all. You can do better and be better!!! There is NO sense is acting like that just because your team kept forgetting my items!

And on top of all of that… my drink was not good at all. Where was the coffee in it? It didn’t have anything in it but milk and syrup. I didn’t see any sign of coffee in it and I legit had to go to the nearest Dunkin’ on my way home (since I was needing to get back to NC for a school meeting) to get a few shots of espresso. I’ll never return to this location. This is by far the worst I’ve been treated at this place and I don’t appreciate it!

Ian was the absolute best person I’ve ever encountered in any drive thru ever. From taking my order at the speaker to talking at the window- he was great. Polite, but also goofy and sharing jokes. I wish there were more Ian’s in the world.

Reliable drinks! My only two complaints are 1) the volume of the music. I tend to go there to study (it is a University town after all), and while I understand I run the risk of it being a slightly louder atmosphere than say a library, the music is often so loud I can hear it through my own airpods. The music they're playing is often good to be fair, just too loud for my taste. 2) The comfort level of the chairs. They have two bars with bar stools at the windows. These are the expected level of comfort for backless bar stools, which is to say not great. Then they have a couple larger tables and multiple smaller, two-seater tables. All of these have the same hard, wooden chairs. I wood suggest the addition of chair cushions that cover the seat and back of the chairs and can be tied in place. There are no upholstered high back armchairs like in the location on W State of Franklin or the Philospher's House downtown. Outside, they have a few cushioned chairs but they are stationed directly below the outdoor speakers so even having a conversation with someone is difficult. The rest of the seating outside is metal.
