I went around 12:20pm on 10/15 and ordered 2 drinks. The girl named Taylor was working by herself and could not keep up even though I was the only person in line. I asked for a venti drink and got a grande. I got about 75% ice and the rest was drink. I told her it was supposed to be a Venti and she just said “oh sorry”. This is a pathetic excuse for a Starbucks and apparently they need some help.

I went 5 mins before closing for a single drink and they were so rude that they couldn’t take my order. If you aren’t going to close at the time it says then change the hours.

Very awesome staff I forgot the exact name of my drink and they helped me out there was a sign that said their hours have changed they close at 7pm now every day they still open at 6 am daily. Very clean, very professional.

I stopped by Starbucks (store #629). As I walked up to the counter, Abigail (Shift leader) and Alexis said hello. They were extremely friendly and very helpful, when I asked questions. They made a few suggestions about a drink, that I love to get. I have been in a lot of Starbucks, and I have never encountered a rude employee. Thank you Abigail and Alexis!

latte are good, food not good. ordered bacon, gouda and egg. 2 tiny pieces of bacon, no gouda and little tiny ciabatta roll so hard a body couldn't bite it. 11.17 for that mess and a mocha latte. only thing they did right was omit the egg.
I would never purchase from Starbucks after they refused to serve police officers. Plus their coffee is horrible

When will I learn my lesson not to go here!! I specifically tell her I want the cold foam extra thick because I don’t like when they poor it in and it sinks to the bottom. Almost $7.00, you should get what you ask for. Waist of money!
