I only go because it’s convenient. They need to be retrained because the majority of time they don’t make drinks to standard and I have to argue to make sure all of my drink components I paid for are present. Also they can’t tell a medium roast froma dark roast brewed coffee. Easily the second worst Starbucks in Johnson City.
