Always a great time! Everytime I come here I know that I can order anything on the menu and leave happy. Food is phenomenal, the staff are great, and the atmosphere has the perfect amount of nostalgia! A MUST-TRY pizza joint for the tri-cities!

Ok listen. I'm from Long Island NY and worked in Brooklyn. So no, Tennessee is not NY when it comes to Pizza. However, this is one of the few places here that come reasonably close and the prices are better than I expected for what you get. I would definitely recommend it.

Stopped in for a quick lunch on Friday 07MAR25 with my kiddo and was impressed with the service and also the food. We ordered 2 lunch specials (2 slices, a drink, and chips) for just about $20. We live in Greeneville so the options we have are severely limited for fresh pizza. Have lived here since ‘09 and can say Stephen’s is definitely one of the best we’ve had to date!! Will be back anytime I have work in the area for sure!!

The best tasting Pizza I have ever had but not the prettiest. When I open the box I expected average at best and wow was I surprised. Pretty sure this ruined me forever on standard takeout pizza. Did feel like they added twice as many onions as necessary to my pizza but somehow it still worked.
We have been here twice (only because we don't live very close) the food has been great! The staff is amazing

I do usually enjoy the pizza from here but due to the young lady that answered my phone call for take out I will be removing this place as an option. When I called to place my order I informed the young lady that answered my call that I had a coupon for 2 large 1 topping pizzas for $25. The coupon has no issue date and no expiration date on it but as a courtesy I asked if that deal was still valid. The young lady said “if you got the coupon more than 30 days ago then no it’s not valid”. To which I responded I received it 2 weeks ago. She then very abruptly said she would not honor the coupon. I then asked if they had any other deals, her response was “Nope”. The as with most young people these days a long silence. I then said that I would be passing on placing an order with her as she responded with “ok then, whatever”. The lack of care was rather evident. It’s rather sad as I did enjoy the pizza from here but this place seems to have the wrong individual handling customer service. I’m not a pessimist but I do feel this review is for other potential diners to read as I’m don’t really expect any action from the management of this establishment. Wishing them the best and always hopeful for a positive change.
