Walked in and got a smug stare from the employee. They had no flatbread, they had no pepperonis and he said they were currently out of steak.... Wow.

I placed a mobile order for the BOGO subs during lunch hour. When I arrived, the store was locked and there wasn’t anybody in the store. I pulled around to the drive thru thinking I’d have better luck. Nope - the store was in fact empty. Beyond this, it is impossible to find a corporate number online, so I’m forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Would give zero stars if I could.

I ordered very clearly a number 31 on Italian herbs and cheese and they asked me what I wanted on it very step of the way. Maybe have the workers learn how to make the sandwiches and then they wouldn't take my coupon from this week and had to give it back. I asked if they could put in the promo code and they said no, that's online only.

I used to work at this Subway location approx 2 years ago, and I'm concerned about its current state. Although I'm no longer employed there, I wanted to bring some issues to someone's attention. It always seems to be understaffed and frequently runs out of coke products and some menu items. The employees appear to be under a lot of stress due to poor treatment from their manager. This is not the Subway experience I remember. I used to enjoy going to Subway, it's seems to me that they can not retain employees because everytime I visit there are always someone new working. From my experience with Subway I never experienced store managers berating employees in front of me and other customers. I think the employees do just fine. I have fond memories working for Subway it has definitely taken a turn for the worst at this location.

10-15 minute wait in the drive-thru is a consistent issue when ordering here. Food is alright when they get your order correct.

Walked in to get a sandwich before work. The manager (I assume) was sitting at a table on her phone and immediately yelled at an employee to ignore me and finish his job. I understood why, but it was in such a harsh way that it was very unpleasant to hear. Another employee came out and started my order for me but he kept looking over his shoulder at her. She continued to glare at them and it made me incredibly uncomfortable. The employees seemed scared of her. This was incredibly inappropriate of a manager to do. Treating your employees like trash in front of customers is not something that should be tolerated or normalized. I used to love this location because it is so close to campus but I will not be going to it because she made me so uncomfortable. I am not one to normally one to leave google reviews but I hope she sees this. These employees do not deserve to be treated like this especially in front of customers. They might not be the best employees ever but they do not deserve to be treated like dogs. Do better.

I have ordered delivery via the subway app and on two different occasions i have simply just not got my food. Currently it says they have been preparing it for over an hour. I think maybe they simply are busy and the order got lost. I try to call the restaraunt three different times just for them to let it ring and ring and not answer it. I love subway and its normally my go to lunch on my day off but unless somethong changes this will be my last time coming here

The people are great, they fix your order fast even with specific requests and it is reasonably priced. I really enjoy their sandwiches. I recommend.
