Walked into this subway needing a quick snack, waited for about 15 minutes before I got served (given there were only 2 employees and a family in front of me)- no problem. Michael finally took my order and started putting meat that I didn’t ask for and I told him I never said that- he changed it. No problem again, it’s cool.
However, after my first sandwich was made up, I said I needed to order another one to which he said “Please don’t do that again” and something about telling him upfront all the sandwiches so I can get through the line quick, which I understood but kinda rude.
I understand it may have been a rough day but do not take it out on the next person ordering!

The Subway diet is alive and well - you can spend your entire lunch waiting in line here, enjoying dead silence, while the only customer is ignored so that the only employee working can focus on making sandwiches for the invisible man. Before you know it, lunch is over, the line hasn't moved, nobody has said a word, and you've eaten nothing. Move over, Ozempic.
Hire some help, or at least some better help.

Never order from this location or go there. I don’t know what Colby’s problem was but the way he talked to my wife and I almost got him smacked. Terrible service, didn’t get my food so I cancelled order after about 45 mins of waiting.

The guy with the long ginger hair was working super rude. He was outside smoking with some guy and he acted like I ruined his entire night when I came in. Ignore me for like 5 minutes didn't even talk to me at all than every time I asked him to add something else to mu sandwich he was huffing and puffing. He was so rude and disrespectful

Just stopped to get a sandwich for my daughter. Colby was working and he is definitely one of the friendliest workers I have ever come across at any Subway. He was so positive and we had a great interaction as he worked.

The manager needs to hire more people. We waited for almost 30 minutes just for our sandwiches to be made because the lady is completely alone. She’s working as hard as she can. I’ve only heard bad things about this manager. The store would do a lot better if he would hire more people and stop screwing over the few employees he has.

Ordered on the mobile app and went there for a couple sandwiches and they didn't have the main ingredient for one of them. I just told them not to make the other sandwich so I could get a full refund. Since I used the mobile app they told me I had to get the refund on there. I go to the mobile app and they tell me to contact the restaurant. I contact the restaurant, or at least try to, for the past hour I've been calling and they haven't been picking up. $25.16 wasted on pure nothing and the gas to get there and back home.

I placed a mobile order for the BOGO subs during lunch hour. When I arrived, the store was locked and there wasn’t anybody in the store. I pulled around to the drive thru thinking I’d have better luck. Nope - the store was in fact empty. Beyond this, it is impossible to find a corporate number online, so I’m forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Would give zero stars if I could.

I ordered very clearly a number 31 on Italian herbs and cheese and they asked me what I wanted on it very step of the way. Maybe have the workers learn how to make the sandwiches and then they wouldn't take my coupon from this week and had to give it back. I asked if they could put in the promo code and they said no, that's online only.
