I live in Erwin TN - and went there at lunch time and they were completely out of bread. So I drove to the Johnson City location on S Roan St. Let me say Brianna couldn't have been sweeter- yes, they had bread and she was running the entire show. And my food was great! Thank you Brianna!

We ordered double meat and didn't receive it and the food wasn't heated not good when it's a steak sub. Tried calling the store and got no answer. Will not be back which is sad because we order from here a lot but Everytime we use the app and don't stand over the sandwich maker it is always wrong. The chicken roll-up was so hard my dog wouldn't even eat it.

Sorry sub way ur getting a 1 star today I placed an online order today the 26th at 10 am the notification said it would be ready at 1035 well I get a call saying they are out if bread it would be an hour an hour passes by and I call the lady said 25 mins it's now 1220 and it's still not ready and if u ask about a refund they said they can't psshh please I won't be coming back to this store .........

I will never go to this location again. We ordered 3 sandwiches from the mobile app and they were all nasty. I ordered extra meat and there was literally barely any meat on there. It was sloppy and dripping wet. There also were hardly any vegetables on there and not fresh. I called them to get a refund. The lady that took my call said they did not have a manager on duty to help me, and to call back the next day, and they would look at the cameras to see if the girls who made the sandwiches put extra meat on there. You can tell from the pictures I took there is hardly any meat on there let alone extra meat. I gave her my name and number for the manager and still havent heard anything from them.

Went there tonight because I saw a commercial that said they slice their meat fresh now… that didn’t happen…their meat is sliced but not fresh the bread was stale and the vegetables were soggy… worse sandwich I’ve eaten in a looooog time!!!

At night there is an older lady who keeps refusing to make steak and cheese and chicken sandwiches claiming that they are out of meat. But she said there's blocks in the back that are frozen. How can a Subway refuse to make steak and cheese and chicken sandwiches. It's now happened five times.

There is this really rude older lady who works there at night who keeps banning people and telling them that they don't have steak and cheese sandwiches. After she was told that we complained on her the next time we came in she said that we were banned by some lady named beth. We didn't curse we just couldn't believe three nights in a row there was no steak and cheese. If it's frozen in the back why can't you make a steak and cheese???
