I live in Erwin TN - and went there at lunch time and they were completely out of bread. So I drove to the Johnson City location on S Roan St. Let me say Brianna couldn't have been sweeter- yes, they had bread and she was running the entire show. And my food was great! Thank you Brianna!
Cheyenne fixed my sub she is so attentive and friendly she knows her business she is so good she was actually fixing my sub along with someone's else's there was only her and another employee working at the time with a long line of people waiting to be served at 5 pm. I would hire her at any position she desires. Great job !!!
Love this subway, the manager, and employees always go above and beyond. Message for owner Mrs. Thomley; help your employees out during prime hours!! How do you expect one employee to handle customers,call ins,internet orders,etc?? You would get more business if they had help
