If you want to visit this location and be treated like garbage then by all means go right ahead! I got fired today from this location from the manager (Jessica) Keep in mind I had only worked at this location for a week max! This morning I go in and was making food for customers and was asked to do things that I haven’t been shown and was told that I need to multitask because I would be opening alone which is fine. Keep in mind also upon hire she made it sound like she had no help and was desperate and then only gave me 18 hours 4 hour shifts a day and I told her that I felt overwhelmed and she went into defense mode and told me that I should have been more ahead. This location is full of drug addicts. This very morning the said manager spent 10 minutes in the bathroom while a customer was waiting to be helped I’m sure she was using as she’s a supposed recovering heroin addict! Choose your place to eat wisely my suggestion would be to keep on moving!

There’s pathetic and then there’s Subway on N. Roan. Couldn’t rate the food, because I never got any. Waited for 34 minutes(watched the clock on the bread oven), one girl working who made sloths look like greased lightning. Gave away someone’s to-go order(to the wrong person) and made one protein bowl in 34 minutes. Congratulations, you have achieved the “Subway is awful” stereotype. You deserve to go out of business.

This used to be one of the better subways. I worked at one for 2 years and had absolutely no problems handling a like with 4 or 5 people by myself. I placed an order for pickup and when I got there, there was 3 other pickups not even started before mine. The lady was by herself for about 15 mins before someone else came in. There was absolutely no rush to either of them. I stood in like for almost 30 mins before I got my food. And when I did get it, one of the sandwiches was supposed to have honey mustard and they guy put brown mustard instead. When I told him he and the woman both said it was honey mustard. I started eating the sandwich and it definitely was brown mustard. I’m not one to make bad reviews but this is a constant thing at this subway.

They didn't pay me my check or my tips and also left me stranded on the busiest night of the week. Then said that I was fired because they hadn't paid me in 3 weeks.

Was the frist in the line my sub been sitting out she made 3 subs and my food still siting out there was other workers in the store haven’t came out and help.. this place is horrible

The best Subway is Johnson City! The staff are great and always courteous.
Absolutely terrible. I ordered a sandwich and a salads. I asked them to write down Everything for the sandwich so not to mess it up I and still the lady made it completely wrong. Added everything that I didn't ask for to my salad and then my sandwich didn't have anything on it besides meat. I'm not sure what happened when I tried calling the restaurant they didn't even answer the phone. Completely wasted my money. Super disappointed that even tho store was open they wouldn't answer phone to make the order right. I will be calling corporate and the store again in morning hopefully this will be fixed

Went into order a sub sandwich and the lady said she had too many orders and barked what do you want. I politely ask her not to speak to me that way. She was so rude, I left and went to another subway. This was 5/18/22 7:00pm I did not get her name, but will steer clear
