Horrible experience! Go somewhere else!
Ordered on DoorDash and after 2 hours of waiting, Taco Bell decides to cancel my order which is complete BS will not be using Taco Bell or DoorDash ever again because that's all the money I had to eat on and now I have to wait 3 to 5 business days to get my money back so I will be going to bed without dinner tonight. I hope Taco Bell and DoorDash are happy ! Cause I am very displeased with their service!

If I could give zero stars I would. Sad to pay $20 for inedible food that isn’t fully cooked. Got a fiesta potato bowl and not one of my potatoes were cooked. You could hear the halfway cooked but halfway raw potato as I poked through it with a fork they neglected to give me as well. There were tomatoes mixed in the shredded cheese on my fiancés taco when specifically specified NO tomato.

Just left and the young man working the window has a real attitude problem. You don’t need to kiss my butt and worship my feet, but when being asked a question you should first let the person finish their sentence, and second how about you don’t act like you are horrified of even speaking to the customer and running after cutting them off when being asked if you could just add a sweet tea. Like it was a $2 quick add that you didn’t give anytime for us to add at the speaker and would’ve taken 10 seconds. He told us he couldnt add to the order at the window and we had to pull around the building or come inside while NO ONE WAS IN LINE. Like sorry but that seems ridiculous and I know that’s not true. Learn some manners and management needs to work on customer service.

When we received our food there was some missing. Went back to the register and the lady was very nice, she apologized. When we received the two missing hard shell tacos, they were broken and had hardly anything on them. Also, two of us had ordered items that come with a cup of cheese, the little cups where not even a third full. It was a bad experience so will start going to a different Taco Bell.

This day was sub par at best. I ordered doordash and more than half my order was missing, which doordash fixed somewhat by returning with credit. They were out of root beer and my driver opted for me to get starry since I was busy at work. The starry tasted just like sparkling water.

The food is over priced and it all tastes the same. It takes forever to put you order in unless you use the app or the order screen yourself

The order was placed for 2 number 2 combos (soft taco supreme). While for the order, I witnessed the girl just slam one item/combo on, what I believe is, a toaster. Half of the item wasn't even under the machine. Then, when I shifted my standing position, she got hateful and said, " Getting frustrated isn't going to help anything, now is it?" Finally got my food at 1:19, having ordered it at 1:02 shown on the photo.
Most likely the worst experience I ever had at a taco bell. I will be calling corporate as soon as I get home.

We came through at 1:10 and got asked for a code.. we asked for one moment to get on our app and then the boy rudely says they are closing and they can't take our order. We said okay thank you and rolled up the window because it was snowing. We tried then googling to see if the other location was open, and a female comes on ands says that if we don't leave they are calling the cops for trespassing. Granted we weren't even in the line longer then a minute and get told this. We leave because we want no problem with authorities and proceed to call and the manager cusses us out saying how we should have left as soon as they told us they were closed.
don't order food from this taco bell after midnight unless you only want half your food and like cold, soggy food. i got my order around 2am, expecting all my food to be in the bag but when i got home and checked my bag, i only got 5 out of my 8 items. none of my tacos were in there and everything i actually got was cold. this isn't the first time this has happened but i gave them another shot, never again.
