Honestly every-time I come here to eat the food is amazing!!! The workers at drive through window not so much . The woman that takes the orders for the drive through window with the faded pink hair is really rude talking to other co-workers about a drink they had messed on after I simply told them it didn’t have the cream in it and I was very kind after I ordered an item the woman continued to say “anything else” in a frustrated manner while I was ordering . I am a mom of 2 boys and we tend to have an order with multiple items on it . This really made me not want to come back rudeness is absolutely not a good way to keep a long time paying customer happy. If you don’t like your job simply find another one that you like and stop trying to make other peoples mood bad just because your in a bad mood.

I have consistently had portion issues with this taco bell since remodeled. Don't know if the manager is trying to work up the corporate ladder but I have never seen a tbell EVER be this skimpy on food. Also don't know who is hopped up on Adderall in the kitchen trying to "stay on top of things" but they made my app order before I arrived tonight for some reason it was ready 10 seconds after pulling up all taped up all the tacos were cold and soggy and collapsed at the bottom. Big difference between door dash orders and app orders pay attention

My wife and I go to this exact location after work on 4 seperate occassions. The wife always orders chips and cheese(wasnt even full by the way), she always gets the cheese never gets the chips in the bag. This last time was one of the first times she went in about it, the associate up front looks at her and my wife said she forgot the chips and their packers hollar up if she has the cheese as the associate is already saying she has the cheese not even looking in the bag beforehand. She obviously knew something was missing, but like how did she know my didnt have the cheese? I just expected more cause this was just a dissappointing experience.
didn’t get half of my order and when i tried to call didn’t answer. really disappointed.

Usually the best Taco Bell around, but who ever is making the tacos now is terrible at it and in a hurry. Grease all over the bag and every single taco. Half of the toppings on the tacos were out of the shell and everything was half ass thrown together and slung in the bag. Don’t know if I will be back since the new kitchen staff is bad at their job.
After waiting in line for 20 mins I get cold nacho fries, a flat drink, quesadilla with little chicken in it, and a Crunchwrap that fell apart when taken out.
I tried calling 4 times, hung up on the first two times and then the next 2 someone answered but never spoke.
