Everything is just as delicious as I remember, but not premium delicious, which appears to be what they're charging for. I remember a meal I could often afford, this is isn't that.

When u have customers standing for 20 min waiting on food and you’re filling online orders . Then give someone their food that just walked in and ordered . after u been waiting 10 min .before they even came in the door.. the online orders still sitting there . I think customers standing in the restaurant should be helped a lot sooner .

This is going to sound really harsh. Unfortunately, every week for months we have ate here and every time, without fail, they have never got our order right. Either they ring it up wrong or just fill it wrong. It doesn’t matter what we order, it’s never right. Two times ago I went in to get the food we had ordered and paid for and instead of being met with an apology, it was just “here’s your food”. From the manager on down they need to retrain their entire staff. If you mess up an order, the first thing that should come out of your mouth is “I’m sorry”. We don’t order complicatedly. Tonight was a simple 2 taco supremes, a hard shell taco, a quesadilla and a burrito supreme. There were no taco supremes in the bag. Instead there were 2 rolled up meat items and a chicken pita taco of some sort. The receipt is correct, but it feels like they just threw whatever they wanted to in the bag. I’m tired of having to go in after every drive-through order just to get the food I ordered. It’s exhausting! I understand messing up an order every now and then, I don’t understand when it’s just simply their way of doing business. They literally cannot get a single order right week after week and month after month. One cashier handed my change out the window and just let go of it. Dropped the coins all over the ground under the truck etc. no apology. And no offer to give me my change. Just handed me my food as if nothing had happened. Unbelievable.

This was the best Taco Bell I have ever had. Our food was full as it could be everything was hot. It was delicious. Whoever was working the kitchen on 11/20/2025 needs a raise. Never really have problems out of this one but tonight was above expectations.

If you ever wanted food that has gone swimming before you eat it, this is the place to go. Tacos are literally always so soaked you have to peel the wrappers off them

Went there around 830 last night 11-8-25 a few cars in drive thru no 1 inside so not busy at all I stood at the counter for 10min while multiple employees saw me yet NO 1 ever came and took my order so after 10min I left very disappointing do better

Careful here apparently at night they'll charge you for adding on chicken or such and not put it on your food. Just happened to me on November 3rd. Paid for chicken didn't get it.

Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to.The past 2 times I have been here this week they mess up every item in every order.Just look at this Mexican pizza for example that I ordered.Look at it,that looks so unappetizing and it we literally had to peel it off the top of the box.Also if you try to modify any item they just ignore it on purpose even though they literally confirm you don’t want something on it.

the employees closed the lobby early because they said they were short staffed the girl was extremely rude went to pick up a door dash that had already been resubmitted but they refused to make it this Taco Bell needs new managers they are lazy and extremely incompetent either do your job or go find another one absolutely ridiculously

The king of the thrones! The guys that keep home depots toilet department in buissness. The one time in my life when i order and i know that ill pay for it later, but im always prepared! A gallon of water and a 12 pack of Mtn. Dew with a fully charged tablet while the floodgates open. Thank you taco bell for the intimate relationship me and my porcelin throne have developed! PEACE, LOVE, TACOS, AND 2 PLY TOILET PAPER TO ALL!

I door dash -it’s the norm to treated like we aren’t guests not real ones and often employees go with their first thought which is never good in this industry but I totally get it. - Im only doing DD bc as a bartender I saw the clientel shift to delivery along with their tips during Covid. There is certain energy released in a team of employees when their job is done well…. What they do with that energy is incredible if harnessed by a positive company driven professional leader and that is what I see a person like Bella being able to accomplish if given the oppurtunity. Putting trust and faith into the youth that are the majority of this aspect
Of FAnd B is not enough obviously. It takes a certain someone to inspire others to do their best bc it comes naturally to them and others notice. It will reflect in their customers and in the company’s pockets. Overall
In the fast food world I see fouls in all areas but I don’t blame the young ones too harshly they are after all new to working. Some. I think the outlook is dismal and as parents we aren’t doing enough to train our kids about entering the work force. Keeping in mind I will most nights go through the same line 5-8 times daily . I have never reviewed a fast food chain especially a 5 star Taco Bell till now . Till Bella. Her appearance was clean and kept neatly and I somehow just knew her hands were sanitized lol and she was … so very respectful to me and polite that all

Still just amazed what a difference this one person has done to restore Taco Bell’s once good standing in my mind. With the delivery service now a large part of companies revenue the employees should know that we as drivers are not employees of DD but it’s a service we offer of ourselves to them independent of them. We are your everyday customers but also we represent other customers who before us could come to you. Taco Bell you have literally replaced the person with an Ai voice that leaves ppl thinking wow they can’t really? Bella is your standard and she needs to retrain the arena of the drive thru person bec she is like so good she needs to be the concierge between the guest and their food and let her keep doing her magic. It was SUCH A RELIEF each time I drive thru for other customers even the way in which she handed the bags of food total perfection!! Seriously I have had some totally unacceptable experiences …and yes we chat with the customers at home waiting for us. So you know how relieved they are going to be hoping Bella is working tonight I’m sure! Thank you again Bella for the sincerity which was so effortless for you and the respect and for setting a new standard in drive thru the restaurants last point of interaction with a guest and that guest satisfaction delivers. Way to go Bella you deserve a raise ha but 5 stars atleast from me.
