A perfect place to get any Italian dish. The food was amazing and the service was even better. Pricing was shockingly cheap given how nice the restaurant is and how delicious the food was. Tiramisu is to die for. Would definitely recommend eating here.

The managers belittle the employees right in front of you. I have heard and seen the Alfredo guy who seems to be the manager yell and talk horrible to the waitresses and busers. I even heard him tell one she was stupid and just continued being argumentative with her right in front of my family and everyone in the restaurant it was very unprofessional. He made the whole dining experience hostile i’m very uncomfortable. Me personally I do not want to eat in a environment where there’s gonna be abuse and arguing it upsets me and it upset my entire family. I teach my children to not treat others this way. We will not be back that man needs to find a new job. The way he treats his staff is absurd and most likey against workforce laws as well.

The food is great, the atmosphere is nice, It was a little busy while we were there so service was a little slow. But the server was great.There are at least three locations in the Tri-Cities that I can think of. We've been there many times.I had a discount and they did mess up the discount and not apply it properly. Check to make sure you get the discount that you have. It was a new discount card so they were not familiar with it.Dietary restrictions: They have gluten-free pasta, but it's prepared in the same kitchen as the rest of their food. If you just have sensitivities to gluten then you should be okay.Parking: Parking is at downtown parking lots and that the pavilion.Kid-friendliness: They have kids menu items that are good and suit a variety of kids.Wheelchair accessibility: The facility is wheelchair accessible

Ate here for the first time today and it was absolutely delicious. Now I know what the rave is about. They bring starter French bread which is tasty. The garlic knots are so delicious. It’s so hard to find garlic knots around here that are actually GOOD. You can get them with or without mozzarella. I ordered the pesto chicken Alfredo and it was so good. Asked the waiter about it prior to ordering and he stated it was one of his fav dishes. Now I know why. I love pesto and Alfredo and this was it. My daughter ordered kids Mac and cheese. This is not your Kraft Mac and cheese like other establishments reheat and serve. This is authentically made mac & cheese. The cheese sauce was delish. You could tell it was made fresh. The waiter was fabulous and even had the bar to tend to and kept our drinks filled, food out, checking in on us and was just a wonderful server. We will definitely be back to try other dishes. I highly recommend this establishment from customer service down to the food and checkout process. Thank you for serving us!Parking: You can park on the street or in the lot directly behind the restaurant. I parked outside the restaurant!Kid-friendliness: Kid menu on deck and comes with free drink!

Stopped for lunch and had a good experience. Food was hot and served promptly. Tara was exceptional at making sure our glasses were filled and that we were well taken care of… appreciated the attentive service and good food at a very reasonable price!
My husband enjoyed the Shrimp Scampi. I had the appetizer plate. Yum.We will be back,great waiter and loved the decor.
