The former owners singled me out, and unfairly banned me from being allowed to order from them… all because they are in cahoots with people who have adopted my baby 9 years ago. I felt discriminated against and judged by them. Everyone can try them except for me? That right there hurt my feelings a lot.

Amazing cookies! I’m leaving this review because I noticed a sharp decrease in engagement after different owners took over. A recent post only had a dozen likes, for an account with over 20,000 followers. It broke my heart. I think they should consider rehiring a social media manager. It would be a great part-time job for a student at ETSU studying marketing or something, and would hugely benefit the business. Just a thought!

I had heard about The Cookie Crate and ordered my first box as a thank you box for a host. My second box was for myself and it was the first ever Christmas Limited Edition. The presentation alone felt special but then the flavors and textures blew me away. The eggnog sugar cookie and butterscotch shortbread are still show stoppers. I have since ordered other boxes for wedding and baby gifts. The Christmas box I order and break up into individual gifts (while obviously keeping a few for myself). I just ordered the valentines box and am hopeful to get a 2nd as a birthday gift!

These are the most delicious cookies I’ve ever had! The customer service here is unmatched. I love how they introduce new cookies frequently, and bring us options we could never find anywhere else…I mean, who would think of a cornbread cookie!? And it’s amazing. Prefer cookie dough? No worries, they have that too! Love this place and the staff so much!

The Cookie Crate was one of the first local businesses we tried & to this day it’s our favorite!!! I quickly followed along with their social media and was AMAZED by the sense of friendship they share with all of their customers, the involvement the owners have in every day operations and how much they give back to our sweet community! I couldn’t be happier to support this shop (and my sweet tooth) every chance I get ? I’ve ordered the summer box, sent my in laws a box in the winter and fall box and now trying out the Valentine’s Day box. I wished the pumpkin spice and white chocolate mocha was year round! They have good quality, great size cookies and I’m still ordering even though I’ve moved back home and it’s almost 3,000 miles away. It’s worth waiting for your mail man! ?
