We used The Firehouse for catering service for my daughter's wedding reception. Jessica handled the catering management for our event. She was friendly, courteous, and helpful throughout the entire process. She showed up with her team in plenty of time to set up and was very attentive to every detail. The setup, serving, and breakdown were seamless. Everyone commented on how good the food tasted. Stella and Jessica were outstanding, and it was clear that they knew exactly what needed to be done and how to do it. The price was very reasonable. I'd use them again, and I'd definitely recommend them to anyone needing catering for an event.

The restaurant had an great interior decor and was clean, even the bathrooms. The staff was dressed neatly, were attentive and friendly. They genuinely seemed to want to make your dining experience pleasurable. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. Highly recommend going one block off the main road to get here. Plenty of parking too

We were there around 3 pm. on a Friday in May and had no problem getting a seat. I got the pulled pork platter, which was very good, and you can pick 2 sides from the long list of sides. My wife had the turkey sandwich, and it was piled high with turkey. Our server gave us just the right amount of attention.

Great service and it has a very cool atmosphere. Ryland was a great waiter! Food was alright, but definitely not the best we've had in the area. The sliced pork not very good. It was like sliced deli lunch meat that was overcooked. It was a bit too tough and chewy covered in BBQ sauce. Definitely sliced too thin and not what you expect when you order BBQ sliced pork. Would give it 2 out of 5 stars BBQ sauce was very good. Brisket was good, but sliced a bit too thin and was a bit tough. Would give it 4 out of 5 stars. Mac N Cheese was very runny but good, wish the sauce had been a bit thicker. Almost felt like school lunch Mac N cheese, but had better flavor. Would give it 4 out of 5 stars. Pulled pork stuffed baked potato was really good, would give it 5 stars. I definitely wouldn't get the sliced pork again or recommend it. The rest of the food wasn't bad and the atmosphere of the old fire station was cool, but I most likely won't be back because there are places with better food in the area.

Great place to eat. Very caring people to work for. When busy they don't care one bit to jump in were needed. I can say out of all the jobs I've had in my life I don't dread going into work. I'm always anywhere from 20 to 15 mins early. I don't care to stay over. Very positive place to work as well. Everyone works together and always encourage each other.

My family had our after Christmas lunch gathering at The Firehouse. Ten people, six adults, one teen and three kids had wonderful food and drink. Tom Seaton and his team accomodated us well during the luncheon time. From appetizers, to the platters, the ribs, the kids' meals and Jessica's superb service, we were very happy with our meal at The Firehouse today. Thank you also for the large table and space where we could have our gifts until time for the exchange after the meal. We can highly recommend The Firehouse (as always) for great food and excellent service!!! Support our local businesses!!!
We visited Johnson City over the weekend for ETSU family weekend. Best BBQ we’ve had!! The pulled pork platter was sooo good! We will be back!! 100/10!!
