Been here a number of times and food was always good. This time, surprisingly, was disappointing. Got my order incorrect, no big deal. But the food wasn’t not good, and I threw out the rest.

The best Vietnamese restaurant in the area by far. The pho is outstanding as well as the egg rolls. I am a big fan of the owner and they support my business very often. I wish it were in a different location because I believe this place would be packed nonstop in a different location. Nonetheless, I will keep coming here as long as they are around. Love this local business !

Always fantastic. Super friendly service and excellent food. As authentic as you can get in this side of TN.

I did a pickup order from The Roots. Part of our order was missing. I sent them a message on Facebook to question it. The person said for me to send them my address. He was literally here 10 minutes later with our missing pieces. And would not accept a tip. That’s customer service. Oh…and it was delicious! 😋

My go to restaurant whenever I feel like having a good fresh meal. Out of all the Vietnamese restaurants I’ve eaten at, in state and out of state, this is by far the best I’ve had . The atmosphere of the restaurant is very relaxed and comforting and benefits the meal itself because there’s very little distracting you from the flavor and the staff have always been friendly and attentive.
