Rude as can be when you call about a simple question. The woman on the phone at 5:15 September 14th is hateful. Manager answered phone with “What’s up?” Yea absolutely not. Am I speaking to your manager or a 14 year old? extremely displeased with the attitude honestly. Disgusting.

Lots of kids which was disappointing and the price you pay for everything versus what you get is hefty

I was at Tiebreakers yesterday afternoon and I enjoyed it very much. It was my first time in.

Brooke is an amazing party server. She took care of EVERYONE from start to finish and beyond. We had a birthday dinner last year that went well but the most recent visit with a reserved party room really bolstered my opinion of the place. I'm not fond of places that seem like money pits and everyone knows arcades are gonna hit the wallet hard. That being said, the STAFF makes the experience great every time. Highly recommend requesting Brooke as your service coordinator for any parties. She made sure every need was tended to and shooed me away when I tried to help clean up 😅. Excellent work on behalf of the staff. Pizza quality is also excellent. Most of the time the giant party pizzas at places aren't very good. Tiebreaker's was so good we took every left over slice home and enjoyed it later.

Don’t have a birthday party here. After spending hundreds of dollars we were rushed and technically only got half of the party room time because the “host” took the kids out (not even half way through the party room time) to play laser tag. She advised it was early due to them being short staffed. Unfortunately that is happening everywhere and is not the consumers issue but we are forced to deal with it. Some of the adults attentions thate party with their kids stated the host was rude to them as well. I specifically asked (when I talked with the party coordinator on the phone about the scheduling) and was told we would get the party room for one hour, at the end of the hour the kids would then be taken to play two rounds of laser tag and then get an hour of unlimited game play. Well that is not how it worked yesterday. We didn’t even get to watch the candles being blown out or watch our son open his gifts. We were still eating the pizza and the host tried to throw away one of the adults plates. Some of the game cards didn’t even work and we had to add money to them. During the entire time we were able to use the room we kept getting interrupted by other patrons who were looking for another party. That isn’t their fault. Tiebreakers should have someone either taking the patrons to the correct party or have a sign up by the party rooms. My son didn’t even use the full time on his play card because of being upset. The cards didn’t even have the same amount of time as some kids couldn’t play at all and others got to play for over the hour. I am going to outreach to them directly and provide this feedback but still wanted to share my experience.

very disappointed with the way you guys run your company every time I have come through I am spending hundreds of dollars on the 27th I ordered a coke through the bar, a woman wearing a long sleeve bright pink shirt with black hair helped, giving me only one receipt my total was $3.29 I tipped $1.00 my total should have been $4.29 after seeing a charge for $6.00( the woman changed the amount I tipped her without my consent) in my account I spoke to the bar manager Dylan about getting a refund yesterday $4.29 was pulled out of my account totaling to $10.29 after putting a dispute in through my bank I will never be spending a penny at this location again very upsetting on your bartenders and mangers part!

Food is actually bad don't recommend ever. The atmosphere is nice tho. The service is good as well. Drink prices are a bit much for an arcade, which is also over priced now. They changed a lot from when they first opened and their ticket prices for prizes are nonsense. Whoever makes the prize prices clearly has no idea the value of certain items in there

Had a great time yesterday with my wife and 2 kids. We came about 2 months ago and the music was RIDICULOUSLY loud, but this time it was turned down about 30% which was nice. Still loud but not too loud where it gives you a headache. Plenty of racing games and claw machines that my kid loved.
