Timber is a unique and wonderful dining experience in the tri-cities. Our waitress was amazing, She was knowledgeable and offered suggestions. The food was incredible and so sumptuous while the atmosphere was cozy and inviting as something you might find in Europe. We can't wait to enjoy Timber! again.

Birthday Party at Timber! To start off, the service was great. Very prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. We had 2 apps. Trout dip was great. Taste was similar to others we had tried over the years . I cannot recall the other. We had 5 entrees. The chicken sandwich was the winner of the night. It was massive, tasty and plentiful serving of fries. We had 2 of the burgers. Excellent basic burger. Nice soft brioche like bun, nice grilled burger, American cheese and a mayonnaise with Worcestershire sauce incorporated into it. And I believe some sweet sautéed onions. And again their fries were great. Similar to a classic bbq or burger joints fries. If you’re old enough, they are similar to the Apexs fries. Next entree was the hot honey chicken pieces. Nice flavor, crust was a little hard. Serving was mountain sized. Then the last entree was the Sunchoke entree. I can’t recall the name. But it too was wonderful and full of flavor. Overall all an excellent evening of visiting with friends for a birthday party.

The only restaurant in JC that I would go to even if it were in a bigger city. You can really tell that care and attention goes into each dish and cocktail. Bonus for vegetarians, since there are many great vegetable dishes that are clearly not afterthoughts.
Wow! I’ve eaten here twice now and both times have been blown away with the food and cocktails. Everything is so unique and tasty. The Indian Fried Chicken, Lamb Meatballs, Corn Ribs, and S’mores Sundae were out of this world delicious!

This place has become one of my favorite restaurants to frequent.Their menu features a wonderful variety of dishes, many of which are there regularly, but keep an eye out, their seasonal additions come and go and should not be missed. Flavor profiles are unique and delicious, I have been consistently surprised by their creative choices in ingredients. Bravo!Service can certainly make or break any dining experience, and I am happy to say the service here is excellent. The staff is a joy to speak with and they are very knowledgeable about the menu items. I greatly appreciate their input when I have a question, and they have been great with personal recommendations.A highly recommended, not-to-be-missed dining experience.
Excellent seating options and friendly staff made this place a good experience. The food was prepared nicely and presented well. There was enough room in the outside dining area to have plenty of room between tables. The peach ice cream was also excellent. Plenty of vegan options too!
