Great, friendly staff here. Jeffrey went the extra mile. Not just cooking and cleaning. The food was great, but he also seemed genuinely interested in ensuring we had a positive experience. I am well aware that the manual on customer service is already written, but this guy should be the one to show how its done.

My overall rating of one star is due to the fact that this waffle House has almost all Christian music filtered out of their jukebox. I did some research and there is no corporate policy dictating this it is done by each location.

A very good place ti grab a bite to eat. Reasonable prices, great food, large portions for the money. Everything was very clean and pleasant. Great atmosphere. And although I am sure all the stuff is good, I was very impressed with a young lady named Tammie. She was very attentive to my needs and a very pleasant person to talk to. She was the it should be in Custmer service.

If i could give less than a 1 i would! The server, Destiny, is the absolute worst server I’ve ever in my entire 46 yrs on this earth! She was rude, lazy, never asked one time if we needed anything and when we hollered and told her what we needed she acted appalled that we needed anything at all, slammed our boxes and food and drinks on the table when she brought us all of it and had an extremely rude and even seemed kind of personal at times, attitude from the time we sat down till we left! She doesn’t deserve a job with the public at all!!

My wife and I were in the middle of another contract and traveling. The hotel that her company put us up at was directly across the street from a waffle House. It had been nearly 2 and 1/2 years since the last time I had waffle House and this place was exactly what I wanted it to be. Smothered and covered hash browns, sausage biscuits, and two delicious chicken biscuits. The counter lady was so sweet, everyone in there was just a breath of fresh air.

Came in around 11pm on the 4th and it was reasonably busy, no waiting. Family of 3 ordered our meals. I got the All Star and was told my waffle would be right out. We kept waiting and waiting and no waffle. Our server came by and asked how everything was (after I had eaten all of my food) and I informed him I still didn’t have a waffle and to just cancel that off. Destiny then informs me since I didn’t want it, it would be .25 more without it. I told her it wasn’t I didn’t want it, my entire family ate their entire meal and we never got it. Poor service and arguing to the point everyone was looking at us (I’m not going to have a voice get louder at me and not match the same level). I mean I’m not expecting chez Phillipe but get it together. Same thing happened in Nashville in May.
