My wife and I were in the middle of another contract and traveling. The hotel that her company put us up at was directly across the street from a waffle House. It had been nearly 2 and 1/2 years since the last time I had waffle House and this place was exactly what I wanted it to be. Smothered and covered hash browns, sausage biscuits, and two delicious chicken biscuits. The counter lady was so sweet, everyone in there was just a breath of fresh air.

Came in around 11pm on the 4th and it was reasonably busy, no waiting. Family of 3 ordered our meals. I got the All Star and was told my waffle would be right out. We kept waiting and waiting and no waffle. Our server came by and asked how everything was (after I had eaten all of my food) and I informed him I still didn’t have a waffle and to just cancel that off. Destiny then informs me since I didn’t want it, it would be .25 more without it. I told her it wasn’t I didn’t want it, my entire family ate their entire meal and we never got it. Poor service and arguing to the point everyone was looking at us (I’m not going to have a voice get louder at me and not match the same level). I mean I’m not expecting chez Phillipe but get it together. Same thing happened in Nashville in May.

Alot of disrespectful loud ass teens in there..Cussing out loud and just being rude..
I love their food, but Bree has the WORST attitude I've experienced. She was working at the one in Boones Creek today. We came in with a baby stroller and the only tables that were clean were the ones next to the bathroom. Our stroller would be in the way if someone needed to go, so we asked for the table beside the bar. It was dirty and Bree huffed and puffed and was slamming the dishes around as she was cleaning it. We left promptly, before getting seated, and were glared at as we left. We've also had her as a waitress at the one by the JC mall and experienced the exact same attitude. She's rude and huffs and puffs when asked to do her job. She was so hateful that we didnt even leave a tip last time and as we were walking out, she threw up her hands at us and started bad mouthing us to her co-workers. So loudly that everyone in the restaurant heard. 0/10 for her.

Look, it was like 4:00am. I get it. I felt like I was interrupting the threesome’s quiet time. The hostess (I guess) started helping me but, then the waitress (Crabby Patti) stepped in. I was confused about who was doing what. The waitress cooked (?) my food. I’m not sure if the company changed food suppliers or what but, the waffle, the staple of this whole business was terrible. Then the sausage was just about as bad. I endured as much as I could, paid and left. Coffee refill… never asked. It only takes one person to muck things up. This was always my go-to for breakfast but, no more. Must be I enjoyed the occasional “Sweety” or “Honey” but there was no way that was coming out of this gal.
