My wife and I were in the middle of another contract and traveling. The hotel that her company put us up at was directly across the street from a waffle House. It had been nearly 2 and 1/2 years since the last time I had waffle House and this place was exactly what I wanted it to be. Smothered and covered hash browns, sausage biscuits, and two delicious chicken biscuits. The counter lady was so sweet, everyone in there was just a breath of fresh air.
Came in for a quick bite per my toddler's request for the Best Chocolate Chip Waffle. Waiter was quick to respond to our presence. Food was made perfectly and really quickly. The restroom was clean and stocked. My toddler was talking about SpongeBob and our waiter played "The Best Day Ever" on the jukebox and really made it a wonderful experience. All the employees on staff were delightful even while busy diligently attending to their work and other customers.
Everytime I come in here late at night when I get off work, Pam is always the sweetest and hardest working server I have seen. She is always making sure I get everything I need and she is so quick on getting everything she needs done, she is just the best! The food is always great and she makes sure she gets down exactly how I get it to the point she got it down once I walk in! As long as Pam is there, I will always love coming back to this Waffle House every night!
