Great atmosphere, waitress took good care of us but this was the second time I’ve had mediocre to bad food there. I ordered the most expensive steak on the menu only to spend most of my meal trying to cut and chew it, was medium so not due to being overcooked. It was bland and probably the worse steak I’ve eaten. The rest of the food, including the bread was bland or bad. Way expensive to have that level of quality. But if you like cutting tough steak with dull knives, this is the place for you.

Chief is gone. Menu has changed. Everything is double what it used to be. No entree comes with a side or anything. You can get a $40+ entree and all it will come with is the protein.Management doesn’t give a flip about the place anymore.Very sad that a restaurant that I used to love going to has lost a place in my heart. Juniper, Gourmet Co, Cafe Lola, are all better than this place now.

Very disappointed..my wife and I had dinner on Valentines Day. They don't even open their bar until 5pm which is unusual for an upscale hotel. Server was attentive and friendly although a little pushy because of all their reservations. Appetizer was very good we shared the smoked salmon appetizer. My wife ordered the 4 ounce filet medium rare and it arrived well done and maybe 2 to 3 ounces. I ordered the strip it was cooked ok but very bland. Neither steak had any type of seasoning on them. I ordered mashed sweet potatoes for an upcharge and there was maybe 2 tablespoons on the plate. Definitely not what we expected for the prices charged. We definitely won't be back our dinner bill was almost 200 dollars (we ordered a bottle of wine).

Overall, this is a very nice restaurant to take your friends, family members, loved ones, etc. I have always heard that if you want to go somewhere nice, then this was the spot! I agree, but was disappointed in the food. It was good, but it was not what we were expecting. Things did not come out how we imagined and flavors did not come through how we expected, but I would definitely come back and give it another shot. There were not many sweet wines either so I hope that maybe one gets added by the time I go again. Our service was great!

Made a reservation for a special Anniversary for myself and husband. Seated right next to the door, waitress station. Was dressed in a full length dress and scooting along a bench was uncomfortable. Asked for another table was told none.Food was delicious and done to perfection! Sat with our empty dishes, glasses for 30 minutes before we were given the check. Service was terrible. 20 years ago this was really an upscale well ran romantic place. We paid $130 for good food but felt like we were eating in the waiting area. So many people standing by our table.

Terrible experience. Food was really subpar at best. We have been there several times before and it was very good. Something has changed.NY strip Steak was tough And fatty. Could not eat. Could barely cut it. Since we waiting Ann hour we didn't like to wait on new one. Brussel sprouts were very dry and tough. Like prepared 10 hours ago and warmed up to serve.Waitress was very sweet and kind but has not been trained properly.
