The crew was great. I have been getting the spicy chicken sandwich for years and over the past couple of years they have been rubbery in places. Today I ate one that was completely rubbery. The entire piece of chicken. I am so disappointed in the dip of quality. There is no excuse for this, given how much the sandwich costs. I will go elsewhere from now on.

Attached is a below average month for me. This store just decided trying to charge me $.55 for a cup (of water) was worth losing that revenue - they’d never done that before. If I was a WEN stockholder or franchise owner I’d hope my people made better decisions.

Gas station Wendy's so it there is a lot of traffic with shared bathrooms. Im assuming the manager greeted us and was very nice. Food was hot and didn't take long to be served. Self served our drinks, plenty of options. Was out of peace tea cut had brewed tea available. Nice stop.
Wendy's is somewhere I go for a quick bite without expectations of yesteryear. There was a time when the atmosphere was more inviting. Most times these days they just seem kinda tired.

Went through the drive-thru to get some Frosty's. The employee wouldn't even let us finish our sentences and was extremely rude. We got to the window and they made us 4 Frosty's instead of 2. We tried to explain that we only wanted 2, but again, could barely finish our sentence before he threw us the Frosty's without making us pay for any. (That's the only reason this isn't a 1 star review 🙏) So rude but if you try to explain your order maybe you'll get some free food!!

Went there this past Monday at 10pm. We utilized the drive through. From the time we ordered, paid and received our meal was under 5 minutes. I know they weren't freshly cooked as advertised. My wife became I'll from her chicken sandwich with mayo. No telling how long it had been sitting under a heat lamp. We won't be using Wendy's anymore @ any location.

The food is decent when your order is accurate. The store is generally pretty messy but it's a college location also.
