Love Wendy's fresh and hot burgers! My husband really enjoys their hand cut natural fries and of course our son is all into those nuggets, which i swear are the best of any fast food! Their honey mustard is so good and goes great on the nuggets and fries! The parking lot is hard to get into and out of, just because of where it sits in the middle of several fast food places and stores like Home Depot, Michael's and At Home. There is also a chick fil a right across the road. It makes it difficult to navigate but so worth it! Their burgers are great, being as that they are fresh and hot when you get them! The building could use an update and so could the bathrooms.

Great burger, my family of 4 cost was just under $40. But I shared fries with my youngest.
Kid-friendliness: One employee was so nice and went out of his way to respond to my kids and laugh with them.

Thereās been an issue recently with the workers being rude that Iāve noticed, but this morning was particularly frustrating. I normally place mobile orders, but thereās not an option to ask for light or no ice in the drinks so I try to just ask to update it whenever I come to pick it up. This morning, I let them know I had a mobile order and I tried to ask for no ice, but the lady working the drive through (pretty sure it was a manager btw) literally interrupted me while I was mid sentence telling me to pull forward. So I pulled forward to the window, and surprise surprise, my drink has a ton of ice in it because she refused to listen and instead interrupted me. I donāt know what has happened over the past couple of months here, but the employees need to be retrained on their customer service skills or something.
Also, she was clearly aware that I was irritated and instead of fixing the situation and just asking what I was trying to say or even letting me try to ask again at the window, she kept shutting the window immediately so I couldnāt get a word in. She seemed more worried about continuing her conversation with her coworker than doing her job.
The only reason Iām giving two stars instead of one is because there are maybe two employees (both older men) Iāve encountered that work morning shift that are genuinely nice people and have good customer service skills. But as for these other employees, something needs to change.

Kids seem to run this store, the noise level was to loud to hear the counter person and the two young guys that were filling the drink machine were more focused on playing around than actually working.
Asked for some buffalo sauce get told dollar up charge ok no worries I check the bag and 1 tiny little hand poured cup. What a rip off not eating here again

Had been awhile since l'd been to Wendy's, and I was reminded why. Cold, very over cooked burger on Jr Bacon Cheeseburger, barely warm fries and nuggets. The girl who took my order was very pleasant and efficient.. so she was why it wasn't a 1 star review.

Lady handing my drinks wasn't paying attention and dumped coke on me. No big deal, accidents happen. But, as I was cleaning up, she just walked away. Never apologized or said anything.
