I have been waiting on the phone for over 45 minutes and no one is coming to answer it. They only delivered 21 wings instead of 30 and I want some of my money back.
wings suck & service bad. Will never go back. I use to eat here every Friday. it's fallen off a cliff about 3 years ago. gave them one lore chance and they failed spectacularly.
Do not go to the one in Ann Arbor Michigan, I was waiting for 45 minutes and they told me 15 to 25 while my family got theirs before me, beyond pissed off, thank you for making my first time there awful
I gave this place a try when a new location opened near me, got horrible food. Said okay they are new they are busy. Just ordered again after like a year and it’s even worse. App said it would be an hour, we go to pick up and food is stone cold. Veggies are wrapped in a napkin and sauce all over the inside of the bag! Lancaster, Pa Wingstop is the worst
Ordered ahead because they are extremely slow. Arrived 15 minutes after ordering. Asked if the order was ready. They checked and said no. Waited approximately 25 minutes with no one calling our name. Checked after multiple other orders came and went. Turns out the food was sitting there the entire time and was cold. Offered to refund the purchase and remake it. Good customer service after the fact but my goodness it’s ridiculously slow and you may not ever get your food.
It’s extremely trashy with the food making me sick. I would not recommend at all.

My family waited 20 minutes to get old room temperature french fries with our orders. $12 for 3 small chicken tenders and old cold fries? No thanks, won't be back.
I waited so long on my food that my car overheated
The workers are very slow moving and don’t seem to have an urgency for getting your food ready any time soon. Good food but would not recommend at the pace they work at. Terrible service.

As my first time here I was excited to try wingstop with high expectations my girlfriend set for it. I ordered a 8pc combo and the cashier gave me a foam drink didn’t ask what size I’d prefer. There’s no trash can in customer reach it’s over in the back you have to reach across the line to throw stuff away and there are no napkins only a single rack of paper towels by the register. I am waiting and waiting for 15 minutes for my food mind you the store is dead and I go to ask for the wait time and they asked for my name. Once I gave them my name they checked their pickup rack behind the register where pickups go and my order has just been sitting there. Of course the rack isn’t accessible to customers as well so it wasn’t self serve. Just overall bad first experience and lowkey quality fries doused with salt and soggy. Only thing that was good was the wings.

I’ve gave this location multiple chances throughout the span of a year and each time they disappoint me equally. The main issue I have with this location is the service, the food is fine. It should not take 25 minutes for me to get my small order. There was only one other customer in the store at the time and they were already eating, so they weren’t busy. This happens every time I’m here. The staggering number of 1 star reviews on here should tell the manager to get it together.

Food wasn't covered in wing sauce when I ordered wings. You could tell it was prepared by either a lazy stoner who someone nodding out on dope. Don't waste your time imo unless you're too drunk to drive.

i’m stupid for always giving wingstop in JC a shot. the food is always OVER seasoned. and I love seasoning but they over do it. the fries are ALWAYS old and soggy. my order is ALWAYS wrong. it just never fails. and the wait time for the food is crazy considering all the food is so poorly made/OLD!!!

Wingstop is tripping tonight! While I checked to make sure I had everything before I left the store I just thought the boneless wings were small only to get home and count them and no it’s bc minus the one that i ate while checking to make sure i had everything there was only 15 wings. So on top of them being small I was shorted. I call the store only to have a manager try and tell me she counted them and there was 20! No ma’am there absolutely was not! Funny she said she thought I said 16 when I had actually said 15 not thinking about the one I had ate in store. So yes ma’am you counted them and knew there was only 16 and still sent it out hoping nobody would notice! Then no apology just bring it back and I’ll remake it for you! Halfway there I call and say I will happily bring it back I’m not comfortable having it remade and I would just like a refund to which she said yes but when asked about proof bc she said it would take 3-5 days she tells me I will get an email when she gets times to do it! So u intentionally sent out an order short since u said u counted them yourself and called me a liar without calling me a liar, want me to return the food without any proof of the issue or that I’m going to see a refund! I express my concern with this and she said just keep the food and that I will get an email and my refund and to have a good night! Do better Wingstop I love your food and eat here weekly! When this issue is resolved I’ll update my review!
