Yum Sushi Burrito

While the food is fantastic there ability to complete an order correctly for door dash is not. We order from them quite a lot but they seem to always forget the cream cheese or sauce. I finally called to let them know and some stoner kid answered and could have cared less. We'll be finding another sushi place going forward.

Delicious is an understatement! I got brave and decided to try it today on my lunch break. I got the sushi burrito and every single bite was bursting with flavor and freshness! Can’t wait to go back!

It's a neat place. essentially it's a subway style not-sushi joint. despite the name i recommend the poke bowls

Are here for the first time today. Poke bowl was absolutely delicious. I had ahi tuna and my wife had chicken. All ingredients were fresh and tasted great. Can’t wait to go back!

Fantastic fresh and original tasty food. Very refreshing and interesting sushi burrito structure. Bowl servings are also amazing. Kind personnel, eager to help, advise and recommend options... Fast service and nice dine in quiet experience. Strongly recommend for an exceptionally healthy and exquisite tasty meal at very reasonable price.

The food here is absolutely amazing! I wish there was one in Kingsport.

My wife and I dined here for our 5th wedding anniversary and it was an absolute treat! We plan on returning as soon as we can!

Fist visit. I ordered online for an off peak time. I ordered sauce on the side because I didn't know if I would like the dressings, and I wrote that on the order.
When I arrived my order was ready. I said Ahi Tuna, marinated Tuna, SOS. Well the sauce wasn't on the side. She was VERY upset when I asked she make it again. Dramatically tossed order in the trash. At this point I was worried about my food.
My order was begrudgingly remade, without the marinated Tuna, and I was of course charged FULL Price.
Don't go. Don't do it. Not worth it. I paid 19.89 for a 2 protein white rice bowl w/ Jasmine tea.
Just don't go
*Update* I let my husband eat the to go with full disclosure. I got something else, somewhere else.
He says there was an unusual pile of jalapenos under the toppings, more than necessary and of course only one protein.

The food is great quality! I wish it wasn’t so expensive because depending on who makes it you may get more or less than usual. but it’s still worth it!

Food is fresh and tastes good. I made a mistake on my bowl and couldn't eat what I was trying to decipher from the menu which is small print and at the front where you can't see. Due to Gluten issues I was having to look a few times to see what i could eat. There was no one else in there and he was rushing me to get my order and put the wrong thing on because I had no time to decide if I could have it or not I said what about the spicy tuna and instead of answering he slapped it in the bowl and I said I can't have that it has dairy because I had never been in there and I saw some other tuna that has no dairy but some marinade and was thinking it was the spicy. He immediately got visually angry with me. Like I mean if looks could kill. I immediately apologized. So the rest of my experience was overshadowed by the pure disdain the guy at the front had for me even though I apologized the whole time I was in there and instead of having a nice sit down lunch I rushed to my car to eat because I felt like I could have cried. The only saving grace was the sweet girl who helped me with the sauces and lmk what I could safely eat. The food definitely was fresh but not good enough for me to return to this location or any location really. Employees, owners or whatever position they have should never be outright angry with customers. I get the food cost but I literally said it's ok you can remove it and I will be OK with the bowl because I have allergies that aren't life threatening. But he extremely visually, body language and facial expressions, was overwhelmingly angry with me. So no thanks for emotional grief from a disgruntled employee or proprietor or whoever he was just for lunch. Never said another word to me. I just got out as soon as possible. I was quiet and tried hard not to cry getting the rest of my food. Out of pure hunger did I continue with the order and left asap

This place is actually gas. Soooo good! I wish I knew about it earlier. Will definitely be a go-to spot for me moving forward. The regular bowls are very filling, - a healthier option, and the fish is fresh and tasty. Especially the spicy salmon. The fries with tuna are really good too. Can’t wait to come back with my family!
