Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

LOVE LOVE LOVE the chicken finger dinner. They put a special flavoring on their fries that I have only seen 900 mi away in FL. It's not spicy but tastes wonderful. Today I was going in for heart surgery so it was just my daughter getting food. I told her she was torturing me lol!!! I can't wait to try the new Asian wrap. Every time we've stopped in (except today of course) they're sold out so it must be really popular.

Great food love the Zalads

I ordered takeout from this Zaxby's, and the ordering experience, while efficient, was very disappointing. I won't withold credit where due, my food was prepared in a reasonable manner and the employees were pleasant.

The order experience was disappointing because of the price relative to the quality of the food. I added on a kids meal, and ended up trying a handcrafted beverage. I may have missed it...but it charged $1 extra for ~4oz of lemonade total. A lot of the beverage itself was quite simply ice. This is extremely disappointing, and hard to justify coming back to this location. I was told by customer service that the restaurant would reach back out to me, but it's been over 2 weeks and they haven't.

I do want to emphasize the people were very kind I interacted with. The employees presented no issues. But when the value of fast food has declined below going to sit down restaurants...its simply too expensive and too little for what you pay for to justify going. That's why I'd not recommend this location. Even with in-app benefits.

Might be the slowest place to eat in Johnson city, I think I could sit down at Texas Roadhouse before getting my food.

I ordered off of DoorDash a three-piece chicken tenders, and when it arrived, it smelled like cigarettes and tasted like cigarettes. So I went back to the store to get a new order like they said that they were going to over the phone and once I got there, the management barely talk to me and apologized, Then told Me that the order was only gonna be a minute waited there for five minutes. Just to end up having the chicken still smell like cigarettes.

This was one of the best locations I’ve been to the food was fresh and made perfect for me ordering was a breeze the staff was all friendly and the gm made sure my food was cooked to perfection and made my day when they greeted me thru that door the food was 10/10 delicious

I love Zaxby’s, but every time I go to this location they mess up at least one thing about my order. Usually they forget my sauce, drink, and even some of my food.
