Absolute train wreck of a Zaxby’s experience. Placed an online order THREE HOURS in advance, arrived exactly on time, and still had to deal with an incompetent, careless staff that couldn’t be bothered to do their jobs. Instead of working, they were standing around joking, messing around, and giving me dirty looks while I stood by the designated online pickup shelf—where my food should have already been waiting.
I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but after nearly 20 minutes of standing there, I finally went to the counter to ask about my order, only to find out it had been sitting there the whole time. No one cared enough to call out my name, place it in the right spot, or even acknowledge my presence. By the time I got my food, it was barely lukewarm—if I hadn’t spoken up, I would’ve never gotten it at all.
Absolutely ridiculous. Between the negligent service, lack of professionalism, and the outright laziness of the staff, this place is a complete joke. I wouldn’t trust them to get a single order right, and I’ll never be back. If I could rate negative stars, I would.

Waiting OVER an hour for my dasher to bring the order to which I called Zaxbys and they said they’ve had my order for over 35 minutes. This is ridiculous. Won’t be back. Excuse was that they were short staffed. Closed the damn doors if you can push food out as a “fast food” restaurant.
This store has some really good employees especially in today’s work atmosphere. The one thing I would change corporately is the ketchup packs. They could learn something from Chick-fil-A. Those little packs are the pits. Now the new chicken Philly is great. Moreover, I really like the veggie egg rolls and the Zensation salad. But corporate change the ketchup dispenser option. You can do better. Go look at Five Guys ketchup dispenser. One final thought: it would be a great addition if you added lemon as a choice for your tea.

They’re working hard to get people fed after the storm with limited employees. The manager is doing a great job and the food was great! Worth the wait.

Came through the drive thru last week and met Renee. She was a joy to speak to and so sweet. I even ask for extra condiments and she was so pleasant unlike other visits where people make it such a huge deal.

The last few times I’ve went here, my chicken wings were hard and crunchier than hell. Basically only breaded nuggets. There was little to no meat in them and they were cold!

Sat in line for 20 minutes without moving at all. I don’t know if they were just waiting until they closed so they could not take any more orders or what. Absolutely ridiculous. Each person in line had to sit 5-10 minutes at the speaker before they could even order. Waited 30+ minutes before even ordering.

Not sure what’s happening here lately but for the past two weeks when I have came here, on two different occasions, everyone had to sit in the drive thru for like 30 minutes, with no updates or anything, most people just decided to drive off.

The BEST Zaxby’s. Absolutely amazing staff and management: lady at the drive thru speaker was so kind and so were the people handing us our food. The food is also top notch and exactly what I order. It is also the fastest Zaxby’s I’ve ever been to. Definitely recommend. ? ❤️
