When you order the loaded fries and you say put extra ranch on them they don’t put any ranch on them at all. They make you wait 5 minutes for it but then it’s never fresh they are stale and cold.

Showed up at 9:55 online says open till 10 don't lock your stuff when online is still saying open

Some times fast food the employees just don't care but a lady names porsha hopefully I spelled that right.. she was absolutely amazing very friendly and accommodating!!

This time, I odered on my app as usual, to be picked up inside. This time when I got there l parked, went in. Told the girl that asked if she could help me that I had an online order. She asked me the name. Then there was about 6 ladies all trying to grab my order. One would grab sauces while other grabbed the drink and as the order would come up from the production area each was missing what ever one person had so they would ask someone else to get it even tho it was already been gotten. It was kinda funny at a point... And I just set back and watched. I sat smiling bc I know they each was trying to be busy and helpb the only customer that I saw......I appreciated the eagerness. My only negative was . When I left... Cars had wrapped around building waiting and I couldn't get out to get back to work. Finally after assuming some hungry citizen would allow me to back out to leave, I had to force my way through just to get out.

Brandon is the glue for this location. He is the only reason I continue to visit this location even after orders being messed up multiple times. Brandon helps make up for others lack of attention to detail. He also has the best customer service that could be provided. He should seriously be considered for a management position. He more than deserves it. Hope the owner knows how lucky they are to have him on their team!

I come in need some food for my husband business so him and his man could eat while they move the client! The cashier Kayden, and the sweet man helping him Jorden. Had the best attitude and made it within a swift. 40 piece finger, a salad and some tacos. These two man was the best and so helpful! I will a 1000% advise this places for great chicken Finger, and for the best cashier. The words of Kayden “This is Fun, I’m having a blast.”

Came into here on vacation from Austin, Texas from a recommendation by a friend. Came in here with high expectations, being told it’s better than Raising Canes Chicken Fingers, which has held a top spot in my life for a while now. And when i came in here, Jordan’s presence immediately filled my heart with joy. After my order was all done and placed there, it was quick and efficient coming out, and its tasting amazing. The service here is an amazing, almost like i’m out to dinner with a little 2 bite 2 minute check back. Coming from a higher end serving background, this level of service is what i strive for. Just such an active team here, with Peyton R in the back keeping the kitchen alive, which played a key role into my overall experience. Will be returning next time i’m in Tennessee. Not to mention the warm and welcome decor we were greeted with alongside Jordan.

Best experience ever food is great and amazing staff

I ordered my food thru the drive thru. I don’t like teriyaki sauce on my zenzation salad, so I always get it without the sauce. When I pulled up to the window, there was more then the normal amount of staff piled by the window and I could hear the staff saying that someone was “boujee” and someone else say “well that’s how some people like it”. I’m sure they were referring to me and my request. I get home and of course there is teriyaki sauce on my salad. I took it back and got a refund. The last time I had them remake it, they gave me soggy lettuce. So I was not having them remake it. I won’t be going back to this Zaxby location. It’s not hard to do your job…

Went to Zaxby's this evening and I have never in my life seen people around food with such dirty clothes and dirty looking even looked like they had not washed their hands. There was a guy coming into work he looked like he had been logging, not sure what's going on with this you need to pay them more so they can at least dress presentable, there was 6 or 7 all huddled behind the counter and they all looked the same. I brought my salad home and couldn't eat it remembering what I saw when I picked it up. I admire anyone that is trying and needs a job but soap and water is not that hard to get. And I won't be going back.

Our visit started out in the drivethrough, after waiting almost 20 minutes for the drivethrough to move. So my wife and i went inside to order, received our food after waiting another 15 minutes or so just for half of our order to be cold. Customers with larger orders received their food before we did, we got our food to go, got home to eat just to find 2 cockroaches crawling out of my wifes food
