When I ordered the 2 for $4 bagels, I was charged an additional $1.99 for the cream cheese?! That's ridiculous. Take it off the special if you're going to charge for the cream cheese separately.
Tonight, I’ve had the longest day. The latte machine was down, and you guys were out of the food item I wanted! So I told the young lady at the window I trusted her to make me something good! Dear Dunkin Donuts... It is false advertising to say a free coffee when a sports team win...and not let you have it because the app doesn't show it. I can show you I am a Perks member and that the Predators won in my phone. Your stores should honor it period. I like your coffee but getting really annoyed with service at this location. I was supposed to be contacted by a manager a few weeks ago because of poor service but never was.
