This is an all around five star review. As a former coffee shop manager, this was the best pumpkin spice inspired latte I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t put myself in the realm of a coffee “snob” but, I, like everyone else has preferences. Definitely worth the drive to downtown.

Haven't been since the opening first week. Increased their hours awhile back to 8am and now until 5pm. Honestly, good prices, mellow feel, comfortable even in the kiddie wooden chairs along the wall. Vibe is good and their brown sugar concoction for Lattes is excellent. Also, no up-charge for oat vs cow's milk. Honestly, to have two wonderful coffee shops in Jonesborough--I can't see how the new Starbucks can compete.

I visited during the National Storytelling Festival, and Noah and the team did amazing managing the amount of people wanting good coffee. I had a cortado yesterday and a maple latte today, and both were perfect. Smooth balanced espresso with house made syrups and refined hospitality from the team makes for the best kind of coffee shop experience!

Best coffee in NE Tennessee. I ordered an iced latte with pumpkin and it was amazing! They make their syrups in house and you can tell: the pumpkin syrup wasn’t heavily spiced or sweet. Just PERFECT. They use Rowan beans and they are quality. Great service too.

been to Neuma Coffee and a repeat customer.. personable owners/baristas, put out a good product using quality as their guideline. never had a 'watered' down latte, come on .... actually heading there tomorrow, about 45 minutes ride for me.. wouldn't be going to that trouble if they weren't worth it.. looking forward to trying their pastry offerings, a first for me... good people... couldn't see a way to give 'stars' review, but would be a four or five, for sure....

I have been going to neuma every day for 3 weeks. The coffee is amazing and the owners are the sweetest people, great vibes all around. Would recommend it 100%!
