Very unprofessional and rude staff. After numerous visits and similar results each time, I no longer go. If ordering from the app, you may or may not get what you ordered. And if you don't, not only do they not mention that they substitute items but when you figure it out and call in such as I did on more than one occasion, they offer no resolve and tell you App is not affiliated with location and you will have to contact app to get refund for items you paid for that you didn't get. I understand the App being separate from the franchise but why not mention to the customer at the time of pick-up that the item ordered wasn't available? Even if it's because the item is not available because it's 30-60 minutes before closing and nobody wanted to put forth the effort to make the product available.

Employees were very vulgar with the window wide open at the drive thru. The girl with the pink hair, and the manager on shift were talking about how badly they hated their jobs, and how he hated the responsibility. We have a toddler, and the employees were constantly slurring after each and every word being supper loud. Our food was made sloppy, and wrapped super sloppy as well.

I absolutely love the mozzarella sticks but lately they’ve been soft and extremely greasy. I miss this crispy mozz sticks that that aren’t dripping in grease.

This place is terrible, currently been sitting at five through speaker for 8 minutes, no response other than please wait. There are actually like 2 customers here, are you smoking the meat as it's ordered? If you want fast, you best prepare to spend 30 minutes ordering your food. This is not the first time this has happened, I gave it the benefit of doubt after standing in line for 15 minutes three days past while the manager and the kitchen worker hung out... ridiculous if they don't want to work im sure they're are done period around that could use a job and actually have work ethics.
