Bathroom stinks horribly! Poppers weren't crispy and sandwich was just trown together. Definitely was not impressed! I'd steer clear of this one!

I stopped by Arby’s around 7:30 PM on a Sunday and was really disappointed with the food quality. I ordered a fish sandwich, and it honestly felt pre-made — the breading was very hard, tough to chew, and difficult to bite into. I also ordered a classic roast beef with Swiss, but it came out cold and the cheese wasn’t melted at all.
The French fries tasted bitter, like the oil was old, and they were soggy as if they had been sitting for a while. I understand it was later in the evening, but basic freshness and temperature should still be a priority.
That said, the drive-through host was polite and friendly, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, because of the food quality, this was my first and likely last visit.

Every single time I go to this location my order is messed up. I do not get my au jus sauce with my French dip and swiss ever! Food is always cold when I order it. Which is crazy because we wait in line for so.long

If I could put a minus 5 I would. Terrible service and the food tasted like it was cooked 3 days ago. I ordered through the app, and when I went to pick upy food their shake machine was down and they couldn't refund my money. Told me I had to call corporate. Ridiculous.

Nasty! Pure garbage! Couldn’t eat it! I hope Arby’s goes out of business! I never had such terrible food! The potato cakes were so greasy and disgusting!

Very unprofessional and rude staff. After numerous visits and similar results each time, I no longer go. If ordering from the app, you may or may not get what you ordered. And if you don't, not only do they not mention that they substitute items but when you figure it out and call in such as I did on more than one occasion, they offer no resolve and tell you App is not affiliated with location and you will have to contact app to get refund for items you paid for that you didn't get. I understand the App being separate from the franchise but why not mention to the customer at the time of pick-up that the item ordered wasn't available? Even if it's because the item is
not available because it's 30-60 minutes before closing and nobody wanted to put forth the effort to make the product available.

South Pittsburgh exit off 24 is always a gamble. It's what I get for ordering chicken at a roast beef place. Either overcooked or it had been sitting for a hot minute.
