I ordered online a fair size order for a family of five this evening, 03/07.When we got the 3 bags back to the hotel we found two sandwiches were missing, none of the sauces we requested were in the bag, and one of the wraps had cheese that we requested removed.I went back to the restaurant and told the guy at the front cash register. I thought that was enough so I stood around for a while waiting for my sandwiches and nothing happened. After 10-15 minutes I asked him if my sandwiches are ready and he told me he told the manager but the manager hasn't come out and take care of it.So I wasted close to an hour by the time you add going to the restaurant to pick up the food, coming back finding out the food wasn't correct, and going back again.I'd be very careful if you order from this place, if the order isn't right you're not getting it corrected and they have no interest in talking to you or correcting it.For as long as I remember this experience I probably will never step in another Arby's again it was that much of a pain between the time wasted and a family of five waiting for their food well past dinner time.While in the restaurant the manager wouldn't speak to me and there was no way to resolve this so now I have to go to my credit card and try to cancel the whole order. At least $15 of food was missing.

The service was good. The food however was not good. I got the mac and cheese bites. The blt sandwich, I didn't finish it. It has some kind weird sauce on it. I also didn't finish the mac and cheese bites. The fries were cold. My husband got chicken tenders and they were good.

Love me a beef and cheddar on a sesame bun. Hate they ditched the old straight fries years ago. This Arby's got our order correct and it was pretty quick.

Clearly these guys couldn’t be bothered with taking the time to listen and get the order correct and fully cook the food. Good job guys. Keep it up.

$11 for a sauerkraut sandwich that they call a Reuben. Employees were good, customer service was fine, this is a management/owner penny pinching at the cost of food quality. Fries were also filled about half way. Definitely won't be back to this arby.

Arrived at opening, got my order taken and told to pull up. I waited at the window for about 7 minutes before I suddenly got told the "manager called and wouldn't be at the store for awhile and we're not allowed to take any orders." How is the building up and running with no manager? Ridiculous. Very fishy and RUDE. Took a 15 minute detour just to pay for food here. Will be reporting this to corporate the manager and restaurant behavior is ridiculous.
