Very very Poor customer service. I will never come here again.

Jerry at Chattanooga vape in kimball tn was very helpful! I told him my problem I was having with my newer vape that was leaking juice constantly and spitting it into my mouth. Most vape shops will turn you away when a problem like this occurs however he and his boss from the Chattanooga store graciously helped and fixed the problem with a smile on his face. I recommend this place 10/10 due to it’s excellent customer service!

Not much of a business!! I’m glad I’m not one of those people who flip out on employees and whatever because honestly I was angry. Very angry. What kind of “business” doesn’t take debit / credit cards?! I’m a truck driver. I drive out of my way to be here to purchase some gear to replace the mod that fell out of my truck. I PLANNED on spending about three hundred bucks because I wanted to get a mod , coils, couple different juices, and a pack of coils for whatever device I purchased. Yes, the sales person advised that I could go up the hill somewhere to an ATM and that’s great if I wasn’t planning on using my credit card. And not to mention the fact I am using and electronic logging device. I don’t have time for all this. I had to make time because my mod broke. My clock doesn’t stop running just because I’m not driving. So thanks Chattanooga Vapor Co. I’ll know not to bother with stopping by here again. I’m very not happy about it but I’ll make due with a disposable until I can manage to find another vape shop that has enough space near by to park a tractor trailer in so I can go give them the money. Anyone thinking about stopping by better make sure you bring plenty of the stuff hardly anyone else carries around anymore. Can’t use credit cards or debit cards here. Have to stop at an atm and withdraw the cash or go by your bank. They’re a cash only business. Hopefully people will read this before they find out the hard way like I did. You can’t just assume that a modern business will take plastic.

This place has it all, can’t go wrong with some 99% thca diamonds, I was going to make a YouTube video on this but I smoked it all too fast smh
