We love crackers barrel but boy are the lacking right now we understand food pricing we understand not being fully staffed due to worker shortages but the quality has slipped so far half our table received food last night while half had to wait 15 more minutes this included children, I for one am not eating with out the kids eating. The chicken tenders were not fresh and were wellllllll done and the fries were cold. My husband had a steak that felt like it had just been removed...

Did not eat purchased something’s in the retail area. Mistake was made on my purchase and they were very apologetic and thanked me several times for the error. I didn’t find mistake until I got home so had to return to store but they tried to find me and fix it. Gentleman was very kind

Our 4 star server, Harley, was definitely the gold standard. She made our dining experience. Will go back because of her. The food was the expected CB level. Plain hash browns are now an upcharged item :(
