I placed an order online and it wouldn't take my card but let me choose my card option, and it placed my order anyways . The money was never took off my card and I called the first call was dropped , so I called back a young lady answered and I told her I was just talking to someone about giving them my card number and all she had to say was I will tell someone and placed me on hold a second time . I called back and canceled my order . Last month they had your systems up dated and messed the online ordering up and still messed up and now it's the phones they are messed up come on everything in that store is messing up the people in the main office needs to fix the problems

I feel like this is one of the worst Domino's I've ever been to. We only order from here because they're sadly the only pizza delivery service in this area. Overpriced, mediocre pizza.

Did give a sauce with the Parmesan bites. Burnt one of the pizzas and burnt the cheese on the Philly cheese steak sandwich. Really disappointed after spending this much money.

I just got the 2 @ $6.99 and had them delivered! I told the person on the phone that I wanted “Hamburger and bacon” on 1 of my 2 pizzas! They brought my food and I didn’t even bother opening it when they delivered. Upon opening the pizza come to find out it’s “ Ham and bacon” not “Hamburger & Bacon”! Rather than wait another 30+ minutes for them to fix the problem and bring the right pizza to me I went ahead and ate it! I definitely expect a credit on my next order!
My last order omg! Not lol. Pizza was burnt and cold on top of that since the delivery driver supposedly got lost! They deliver to my house at least every other week if not every week so surely by now they know where I live. If not then they need to provide drivers with GPS which are up to date!

They refused to accept $100 even though my order was $50. Drove 20 minutes each way for nothingThomas was so lazy he didn't even check the drawer or order. Not the first time I've had a problem here, so we will not be returning.

Ordered online after a 31 on hold (should've been a red flag). Was told it would be 24-34 minutes for delivery. Waited an hour and called the kimball store and was told they had NO order for us. Looked at my online banking and my payment was taken out and then refunded without any notice. Absolutely ridiculous, should've have been notified and not waited an hour and with NO food. Will not be ordering again.

Want to place an order in drive thru? Nope, better walk yourself inside.
Want to customize your order? Good on paper , pizza doesn't change.
Want to pay with card? System issues abound .
Oh I should just order delivery? What about the tip? Plus the mileage fee? Plus the wait as I watch the driver go in circles because maps is difficult.

So I ordered Domino's last night because I was working late and had it sent to my house. Almost an hour after I ordered, my family hadn't received it. I called and they pulled up. Ok, well I ordered 2 brownies as I usually do when I order dominoes. They were completely burnt. I mean apparently dominos needs to see why customers aren't important to their employees. It wasn't a little burned it was bad.
