Got a Hot vanilla latte that we paid right a $6 for and got down the road to find out it had absolutely no vanilla in it , it was like drinking Hot milk , when you pay this kinda money for a coffee it needs to be exactly what the customer orders , not what you want to give to them , ridiculous, they definitely need new management!!!

We've really only bought donuts here. We call it Donut Day at home because we motivate the kids to get out of bed on Mondays to hopefully start the week of on a good note. We haven't had too many issues ordering. I think the only time we've had a problem was when ordering through the app but each time the problem gets solved. Staff is mostly friendly! We will continue to order here. I just wish they'd always give napkins without asking but that's ok!

I have been here almost every day within the past few months and I have only met 3 employees that are actually nice. Very rarely do I get an employee that isn’t rude to take my order and meet at the pickup window. I understand everyone has bad days but at this point, they just hate their job because they are the same every time. They are also almost always out of food by 12-1 pm. They seriously need a higher up to come in and show them how to run the place.

I really like going here, and will continue to do so, but I ordered a large iced decaf with cream and they gave me regular coffee instead of decaf. I have severe anxiety so I stay away from coffee since it exacerbates my issues. Needless to say, I had a pretty terrible night and didn’t get any sleep. Those who work there please just be aware of the things people order. They get what they want or need on purpose.

Cleanest restaurant bathroom I've been in for a long time. The lady who served me was extremely nice and friendly. The donuts I got were absolutely amazing. Best Dunkin donuts I've ever had!

Rudest manager I have ever encountered. They got my order wrong, over charged me, and then refused to fill my order unless I paid more even after tipping the cashier which would have covered the cost of the missing . Would give zero stars for service if I could.
Traveling through from Northern Ohio and having this experience felt like home. We were thankful that this location was a real coffee place and not a self serve like at truck stops. We had to park further away and walk up instead of the drive through because of the small RV.

Isn't a free donut with a purchase of a large coffee and AARP member card still available? It was the first time I asked at this location. The employees had no idea, and didn't want to give a donut with my AARP card. Other locations are aware, but it's been a couple of years since I asked elsewhere. I did purchase a breakfast sandwich which was yummy.
