The reason for the negative stars is hardly any donuts are stocked, empty trays and a manager that needs a cat post!! Meeooww! Hiss hiss! She was running around the other employee and we asked for Boston creme and she barked at us and said we are out!! So we may return we may not! Change the aditude!!!!

Hire people that want to work :) Slow service. Wrong orders. Manager with a staring problem. Been to many Dunkin and none have asked me to park in front as many as this one does. They're always slow no matter how empty it is. Not to mention how many times they don't have items that I already ordered through the app?

I counted five employees behind the counter when I walked in. Not one greeted me at anytime. I waited for service for three or four minutes which was strange since I was the only customer. The only words spoken to me by the worker were repeating the three donuts I ordered and the total. This was a disappointing experience at the kimball Dunkin.

If you want a bagel with a lot of cream cheese, you cannot get it at this location. I paid extra and then had to come back to the store to get more cream cheese put on it which they remade and put the same exact amount of cream cheese on it and smooshed my bagel together. I do not recommend this location for getting any bagels whatsoever because this is ridiculous. I even spoke to the manager who said that they would get it fixed and I offered to pay even additional more money for more cream cheese on my bagel and they just put the same amount on and squish the bagel. This is ridiculous.

It’s 4pm and when I walked through the door I wasn’t greeted with a hello or even acknowledged as even being in the store. This is the Dunkin in Kimball TN. Awful customer service
Got a Hot vanilla latte that we paid right a $6 for and got down the road to find out it had absolutely no vanilla in it , it was like drinking Hot milk , when you pay this kinda money for a coffee it needs to be exactly what the customer orders , not what you want to give to them , ridiculous, they definitely need new management!!!

We've really only bought donuts here. We call it Donut Day at home because we motivate the kids to get out of bed on Mondays to hopefully start the week of on a good note. We haven't had too many issues ordering. I think the only time we've had a problem was when ordering through the app but each time the problem gets solved. Staff is mostly friendly! We will continue to order here. I just wish they'd always give napkins without asking but that's ok!

I have been here almost every day within the past few months and I have only met 3 employees that are actually nice. Very rarely do I get an employee that isn’t rude to take my order and meet at the pickup window. I understand everyone has bad days but at this point, they just hate their job because they are the same every time. They are also almost always out of food by 12-1 pm. They seriously need a higher up to come in and show them how to run the place.
