Kind staff. We went on a busy night. Spent a few hours waiting for food. Drinks were decent. The cheese on my quesadilla wasn't quite melted. All in all, an alright experience.

This place is great! They have real Mexican Food. All the food we had was good. Tacos, quesadillas, nachos and jalapeño poppers! The staff is friendly, highly recommended.

This was our 1st visit to El Toril, but it will not be our last! The atmosphere was inviting, the food was great and our server was fantastic! The whole experience was 10 out of 10!

I went by a few weeks ago and ate & while there I asked if I can reserve tables for my birthday bash which was tonight! I get there a little after 5 & people were seated in the tables I supposedly had reserved. I spoke up because I had several people invited and they go we don’t know who told you that you could reserve tables. I feel like I was lied to simply because they knew my group would stay there regardless which we did! 18% tip was added to our checks because of us being in a huge group. The service sucked my mom nor I were offered the complimentary chips and salsa. I will never be back again after how I was lied to.

The food was fabulous! I ordered the Pina Fiesta Fajita. The serving size was generous, very flavorful, and visually appealing. The spice level was perfect, and there was a bit of sweet from the pineapple. The flavors all mixed well together. The service was friendly and quick. The server also checked with us often. We were just passing through on our way back to Florida, so eating here was a wonderful experience. I would eagerly come back again!

I'm usually not one to complain but my experience at El Toril today was awful. The host didn't ask if our toddler needed a booster chair so I had to get it myself. No big deal. The menus stank like dirty mildew dish rag water. Noticeably bad to the point I had to hold it away from my face to read it. Our server took our drink orders then food order and never checked on us again or brought any refills. 3 of 4 meals came out about 20 minutes after we ordered but mine did not. After another 20 minutes of waiting i had to flag my server down and ask him to check on my food. The kids quesadilla tasted gross. You could tell it was cooked on a dirty grill. The chimichanga was very small. The nachos were good though. At this point we were ready to leave. When my food came I asked for to go boxes. I packed the 3 meals that came first. I took a bite of my enchiladas rancheros before putting it in a box and it was dry and chewy. I went to scrape it into the box and the tortillas were burnt and stuck to the plate. I just set it down and left it. I know Sundays are rough sometimes but it wasn't very busy and there was no wait to be seated.

We will not be back.

Never been to a Mexican restaurant where they didn’t give you rice w the beans that was a first so I had to order the rice separately. The margarita had no flavor and was practically clear. The waiter was nice though. Spent $50 it was not worth it at all.
